    I had this package held at my local *** location (****************************). I went to get packages confirmed to be at the location, I was told one of my packages was not present and was returned by the shipper. After leaving, dealing with merchant and support for 12 hours - Im told the package is there and has always been. Next day I return when I provide my ID to one employee, she looks strangely and goes to put on rubber gloves to handle my id, its at this time I realize Im being treated differently for some reason. the attitude is employees just looking to tell me no and not look into it. I begin to get frustrated, questioning, and trying to understand why I have been sent back here. Her coworker, a younger man starts to rudely express to me how we dont have your package, it was never scanned at this store, my manager told you yesterday this was the case with an attitude. Seems this person has me confused with another, or has some kind of prejudice because the attitude does not align with the situation. I dont recall a manager the previous day, or having any kind of escalated interaction with anyone prior to this. But this employee loudly announces this as if Im behaving as some kind of difficult customer stereotype. The tone escalates and I would like to leave, the employee is so hostile I dont trust they would ever actually attempt to help. I look to the other to return my id, reaching for it, she hesitates and grips down and attempts to keep my ID, so I pull the id card and her silicon glove makes a snapping sound, I proceed to turn and leave with my ID. Her coworker reacts by squaring up his shoulders and stepping out of his desk and begin threatening and advancing toward me physically in the middle of a crowded store as if Ive somehow harmed this person. I apologized for the sense of snatching out of her hand and made sure the other employee was okay - while he screamed threats in my face. My package remains missing.

    first I had paid for a pickup from home which was 14 dollars the guy came and didnt knock I called customer service they werent no help just kept repeating the same thing. Again I paid 8 dollars to have it picked up Monday sense the driver did not get the package Saturday. On Monday the same thing happened. I went through this twice and no help its ridiculous and aggravating. I want my money back. A waste of time and money

    Dear Ms. **** ***** Store Senior Management:I write today regarding truly horrific service at the UPS STORE (***************************************), after having been a previous boxholder for many years as a travel nurse in and out of the ********** area. Please be advised that on multiple occasions, this location has sorted my (and all members) mail days late -- and in phoning in during my tenure as a boxholder at this *** STORE, I was repeatedly advised that my mail had not been sorted for the day and "to call back the next day" on multiple, logged occasions between at least January - August, 2024.Further, beginning on Monday, November 4, 2024, after being away from this area due to work, I had phoned in and spoken to representative "******" who advised that as I was expecting an urgent mailing which was sent to my old box (BOX 442), she would hold all mail for the week to ensure I received this urgent parcel. You will note my distress when on phoning to this store on Tuesday - Thursday of this week, I was accosted, hung up on, and berated by *** STORE STAFF when inquiring about my mail hold. As such, and as a result of the truly abysmal service at this location (***********************************) I demand a full refund of any and all fees paid to this abhorrent establishment from the inception of my box holding (Box 442). To reiterate, the service at this location has been abysmal from the inception of my services at the location as a mailbox holder (BOX 442) -- with multiple occasions of mail not being sorted for the day (truly appalling that we as paying customers should have to wait 24+ hours for the staff to sort our urgent mail), and very unprofessional and crude service from the location management. Kindly contact me immediately to facilitate this refund in full, as well as compensation for my lost and delayed mailings from January - November, 2024.Thank you kindly in advance for your most urgent reply.

    I shipped a package at the UPS store in *******************. The package arrived and was crushed and busted open. We shipped items pants shirt and suit. The suit was missing. *** claims no evidence of loss but they sent me a damaged open box? I have a witness who can sign an affidavit that the package was missing the suit. I have a receipt that I owned the item. I have contacted the office of consumer protection of the states attorneys generals office.

    I paid $4.54 for (2) copies of paper for my resume! They charge a fee of $2.99 per transaction! I asked them why the $2.99 and they couldnt give me straight answer! They were also very rude about it! When I called their corporate office to resolve this and get an explanation they couldnt provide any explanation ! Bad Business !

    We are sorry for the misunderstanding.  The $2.99 charge is a service fee.  This is an additional per page print charge which varies based on the size and color or black and white.

    Your reason is ******% for sure NOT VALID. I could go to the local library for free copies and Office Max charges $0.80 for the same black and white copies. Also, I asked you guys if you could print in color and you said NO! So thanks for lying and being disingenuous about the reason to charge $2.99!

    I will never step into your store ever again and will make sure everyone I know does the same!

    There is NO reason to charge this unwarranted and ridiculous fee, irrespective of your reasoning and whether you informed me or not. Your business methods, from what I read online, are outrageous and disingenuous. For god's sake you CHARGE FOR TAPE!! You are actually the most embarrassing place of business I have ever dealt with! There is no reason to continue this and MY complaint will be logged here for a long time! Good Luck !

    *** store 6917 visited on aug19. I asked to print the shipping label. I was directed to the computers to use and print the label for 25cents a page.I use the computer for 5mn. The session expired; i didnt print anything and I was charged $2.19

    On Mon Aug 13th I went into your *** Store located at *********************************************** SA ** Like I always do at least 2-3 times a month to print our food menus and promotions in large color format. This particular time their was an employee by the name of ******. Sorry he nor the other employees would not give me his last name. He is a ***** black male with glasses. When I first arrived he was attentive except for the part that he was watching videos on his phone before and while attending to me. I gave him my USB drive along with my instructions of what I needed and he quickly proceeded to work on my order. After one or two attempts of trying to print my request he said I did not save my documents correctly. Keep in mind a have been doing these menus with youll for about a year. Same format diff items. It was obvious ****** did not know what he was doing and was not properly trained to handle such a complex printer. His attitude towards my request was rude and annoying so I requested a different person to help me. He told me they cant help me either. I told him the people that usually help me with this do it so fast and I snapped my fingers to describe speed. I told him just figure it out I will wait. He went to the back for several minutes and left me up front. I asked the other employees if he was coming back but they did not answer me. I have been in business for over 20 years and I know a bad and lazy employee when I see one. His laziness and rudeness cost me time and frustration the is reserved for my businesses. I understand how hard it is to find good help especially these days. I can tell you ****** is not an asset to your *** I do business with ************ since I love your services but if I see ****** again behind the counter I will walk right out and not come back. I would also like an apology from not only ****** but the rest of the staff that was there that day. They acted like a bunch of children. To be fair I guess they are. **

    Thank you for forwarding this customer concern. To provide a little background on this situation, it seems the customer was in a hurry and the file provided was not in a format that would allow us to fit to the size he was requesting. We always staff at least someone fully versed in all Adobe and ********* programs and ****** is one of those associates that are able to not only print but edit files if necessary. Unfortunately, this time the file format was something none of the staff were familiar with and the urgency of the job did not allow us time to figure it out.  We will certainly address the customer service issues stated in the concern to make sure that associates can deal with these issues in a better way. We will reach out to the customer to apologize about the experience and offer that he can email us print jobs ahead of time allowing us to produce or troubleshoot his print jobs in time for his needs.

    On 8/5 I went in *** store at ********************************************************* to shred documents. I paid my fee and started disposing of my shred items in the shredder. I noticed it was very full but thought it was because the load needed to be shifted. Noting I had disposed of the items and could not get them to go down further I became concerned that someone could get their hands in the shredder and remove documents. I noted both shredders were extremely full. I asked when the pickup date was and expressed my concern. Nobody in the store could say when the pickup was except to say it was quarterly and they had no idea how soon it would be. When I shared my concern that both shredders were very full and so.eone.could place their hand inside and pull items out of either one.i was told that's why they are up front....I have not been able to.co tact anyone at *** about the issue so am filing BBB complaint. Thank you for any assistance. I won't be back in this store but would like to ensure they take care of the shredder issue.

    For more than a year we were in contact with ***************** and ************************* (DFW *** Agents) concerning the purchase of a *** store franchise. My husband and I were seeking to start the business for our son and daughter-in-law. We are an older, retired couple but had the required finances to purchase a franchised business from this company. We had a series of Zoom calls with the said agents and were given all indications that we were all more than acceptable. We were familiar with franchised businesses, having owned two for over 14 years. We had the money; the experience; and nothing - (other than the age of my husband and I) - seemed to be a problem. The agents were excited and so were we. We were sent the *** report and visited other stores as requested. Suddenly, out of nowhere, we were dropped. No-one will answer our emails; calls or texts, it's as if we were suddenly invisible. We've done everything they asked and deserve better treatment from such a well known company, who's presently advertising for new franchise owners I might add. Shame on ***, a company that I believed was a sincerely good choice for a start-up business for my family. If it's a matter of age discrimination, then they might want to teach their agents on how to address the situation and treat what one minute seemed to be a great addition to their growing company, to the next minute being treated as human garbage. Who treats people that way? Obviously *** does, and thinks nothing of it.

    Evergreen COLORADO. **************. I went with a package and asked if it was able to be mailed. *** told me yes, BUT they would not weigh or measure the item, and I was required to purchase a prepaid label before mailing the item.I needed to estimate the item to be mailed. I purchased the prepaid label WITH QR code it was scanned. 3rd part website discounted. The clerk said I needed to buy a box now and it could not be mailed. I was not refunded or given a receipt for the purchase. The manager was not given an explanation about the incident by the associate.the 3rd party needed to contact ***. I needed to return to the clerk again. I need a recipient request was ignored by the associate and the manager will not help
