Kristen was great at communicating about meeting time and place, as I met her while I was in ********** for a conference; was punctual and very professional; and extremely pleasant to talk with. 5 starsThere are so many wonderful things to say about Kristen! We don't often get a notary who knows what they are doing to the extent Kristen does! She has invaluable experience and still asks questions and makes sure she understands how each specific signing must be done. She makes sure she understands out of state documents and values the clients needs above her ego. When we had an adobe issue, she caught it on her end and made sure the document was correct in every way! THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN OFTEN! We will use Kristen any time we get a chance! 5 starsThis is the second time I have worked with Kristen and as expected everything was top notch!
She was very responsive and helpful in understanding the scope of my needs and preparing for our meeting.
The first time I worked with Kristen was to execute all the Notary work for a refinance. This time, I needed her help navigating thru the nuances of 9 different document requests from 2 different states to support an international passport application. There is no room for error on the filing and notary details of passport and citizenship applications, or it can delay the process and increase the cost dramatically. As such, Kristen is the go-to expert to make sure all the details are executed perfectly. Kristen is also a certified Apostille, so I will be using her to complete some of the remaining steps in my application.

5 starsWhat a great experience! Kristen had excellent communication leading up to our meeting and accommodated our fluctuating busy schedule. Once we started signing our lengthy documents we realized how much smart technology had for not only scanning our licenses but also digitally recording our fingerprints which avoided leaving that messy ink on our fingers.
