    I am a first time home buyer and purchasing out of state. I was a bit overwhelmed by the process and was grateful to have found Kristen! She is experienced and accredited to notarize any kind of document, and uses the very modern method of e-verification, so no more purple thumbs and those big hand-written notary books.
