    "Was in the Navy stationed in REMOVEDwhen I leased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma in 04/2025 from Norm reeves, I got shipped out to REMOVEDin REMOVEDshortly after, realizing later I was suppose to have a JBL speaker that goes in my dash, contacted my sales associated I worked with, he said sorry its too late, so I was like ok great, but was recently told that I have to replace that speaker if I want to trade in this truck at the end of my lease a speaker I didnt even get and my sales associate knew he didnt give it to me. Very upsetting, the Toyota dealership I have been using to do all the service work on my truck said that, they find that crazy that they would not give me the speaker, knowing they didnt give it to me in the first place."
