    So if you are considering buying nail products from this company buyer beware!!! Lots of complaints that are either being hidden or deleted as they dont want you to know of sny negative issues that may be an important deciding factor in making a purchase! Their customer services are non-existent and no refund policy no matter what! Check out complaints before you buy! I have had several issues with the product and customer service-product damaged in shipping and no response then finally got replacement which arrived while I was away-when I was able to try it I had an allergic reaction and was told its not the product its the application? To watch the videos ( which I had done) and told I applied too thick (which I didnt) and that the product was not strong enough for my nails (which it isnt) and the mineral color is super messy (went everywhere) fortunately I only tried on one nail and then had a terrible time getting it off (again my fault according to customer service) AND guess what-no return policy? What kind of company is this? Not all its cracked up to be (in my opinion) Make sure you know what you are getting into before you buy!

    I have attempted to reach this company on multiple occasions to cancel my orders and they ignore me. I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card, I do not want to wait their long turn around times and the reviews are horrendous.

    Very slow to ship or respond. No refunds. System is horrible. Once you perfect the application the nails still chip in a few days. Then the removal process is a joke! Destroys your nails. Definitely wish I hadnt fallen for all the ads. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MINEY!!!!

    Should be a 0. Order product two weeks ago for a wedding this weekend. Website said orders ship within 4 days. I have asked twice now to cancel my order and they ignore the request and thank me for my patience. Poor customer service and they dont care if you tell them you will file a complaint. I dont normally wear polish and wanted to try it for our daughters wedding. I just wanted to cancel an order placed two weeks ago, but they do not care.

    This company is a scam company! I ordered their product and spent $185 on this nail kit (other accessories were included). I received the product on 4/16/25 and contacted customer service the same day to return it to them and was told that I couldnt return it. Per their website this product is fit for purpose and is not refundable. I told the *** that I just received the package today and wanted to send it back unopened and unused and on my own dime. I was told that she would escalate it to the higher level team and she would get back to me via email with the response.I said ok. On 4/17/25 I got an email saying that they cant refund my money or take the purchase back. I called and disputed the purchase on my cc. I never heard of such a thing as fit for purpose on a product. Maybe they should have mentioned that in the advertisement. After reviewing the scammer sites I found out that they werent allowing any negative reviews or comments on their website. This is a shady company! Do not purchase any products from them ever! They only post reviews that are positive on their website and there are way more negative reviews than positive ones but you wouldnt know it because they wont let you post them there. Buyer Beware! Now I am out of $185 unless I get the approval from my credit card . I plan to contact my state attorney general and file a complaint against them as well. I hope this helps and keep them from scamming other people.

    First off I made a purchase and a couple hours later I went to cancel it not thinking there would be a problem but apparently at 6:00 in the morning it's already gone to warehouse and is being shipped mhm right I have a whole screenshot of their run around mumbo-jumbo
