    took my 2017 ******* sonata in for a tune up and the manager was rude and very nasty. I requested a spark plugs change and coil or wires if need be. once I got my car back in 45 min it ran ok for three days then after putting more gas my engine light came on and my car started jumping and losing major power. took it back and found out they only switched out the spark plugs and not the bad coils or wires. ask to see what type of plugs they installed but got nothing from the manager. he wouldn't even give me an invoice on where or what type of plugs he put into my engine. he showed me one damage plug and u can tell the plug had been broken off at the tip. meaning the coil had to be worn as well. he new this and changed my plugs without changing out the bad coils as well. he also would not give me information on who worked on my car so I can ask questions about the bad job he did. find out after taking my car to another shop for a complete diagnostic that I all of a sudden had a burnt out 3rd Valve. I get inspection done of my car a lot because I work for Lyft they would of. caught that bad valve three years ago or I couldn't drive that car for safety issues until I get it fixed. after complaining to the manager he finally looked into the computer and couldn't find my name , he printed out a invoice status basically saying they didn't check anything else but or did no compression on the bad spark plugs. he just put new ones in without checking the coils or wires. charge me 292 dollars and sent me on my way knowing the job was incomplete. three days later my car light came on and my car started jumping and stalling on the packed freeway while I was working. took it back immediately to find out he didn't change anything but the spark plugs. put new spark plugs on bad coils without even doing a compression check to make sure the plugs were done properly. then when diagnosed at a whole new shop, because he wouldn't even look at the problem, they found misfire in valve,3
