  They were absolutely rude, talking over me, and basically said that it is what it is, and offered nothing to try to fix it. When I asked for cognitive testing, I made it very clear that these results would go to social security disability. When my written report came back with hardly anything in findings, they did maybe 2 hours worth of testing. And that was it, I have been a dementia unit director for 20 years. And I am very familiar with neuropsych testing. My impairments are not observable all the time. I have very little short-term memory. I have long-term memory issues now and I lose my words all the time. All of my doctors have requested this testing to be done because it is considered a multifocal issue. Each specialist is seeing what I did not have 5 years ago and have been very concerned. I have encephalopathy and lack of oxygen to the brain for an extended period of time. I show high C02 levels in my blood. At times there appears to be no rhyme or reason why my cognition changes like it does. Sometimes I'm fine and sometimes I'm not, but when I got the review of this test, it showed hardly anything as far as impairment goes This test was not difficult by any stretch of the imagination. It was not challenging. I lost focus 80% of the time. And whoever gave the results told them that I was focused on the testing. I absolutely was not. I stopped everything multiple times because of random. Environmental changes. This company is an absolute rip-off. They will not offer any options or help In a situation like this, they will take your money. Give you shoddy results and then basically tell you f off and they will do nothing. I don't understand how a supervisor could be so dense.All she did was repeat herself that they did enough cognitive testing to know what was going on. I made it clear to them when I wanted an evaluation that this was going to be used for disability. And all this woman could talk about Marijuana use, frankly I don't believe her. Ridiculous

  I am very thankful for this ********* who helped us get in for a fast appointment and processed everything very quick,I called over 15 places to get my child tested for autism it was over a 6m wait to get in with other dorctor offices, Everyone on the team was very kind and amazing , everything was easy to understand and any questions I had where answered fast . The report was ready with in 7 days with out having to wait months .

  I was called by the company to get my insurance information (even though I was referred by my doctor). I had to take a 3-minute assessment and asked the employee to wait on the phone while I was on the phone in case she had any questions. In the "assessment" the concierge fee came up and I told her that it felt like a shake down. I got an email which it said they take my insurance but in order to make an appointment I had to pay either $299, $199 or $99. I called my doctor to register my disappointment with this requirement and they stated that they are no longer referring patients to the company because of the concierge ****** felt like a scam and from what I am reading, most likely is.

  I had found so much positive information about them all over the network that I thought they were the best solution. However, I found out differently. On there website they say they take my insurance but when it came time o pay they told me they dont take my insurance when it said they do so I wanted to try them out anyways the first person I talked to told me I would pay *** which was ****** I said okay. When I talked to the second person he wanted another 400 dollars more but I wouldnt pay. So I only paid the first half of the 527. Then we did the evaluation. I couldnt remember a few things overall I did pretty good with what they gave me. My main problem is remembering what people say. And what I read I dont comprehend that. And I dont remember dates and time. When they gave me my results they told me I was lazy in answering part of the evaluation and that is totally untrue. I did my best. And they didnt even send my test back to understand what I did. They just wrote it out explaining what I need to do to improve. I didnt getting any help from them like I figured I would costing so much. My psychiatrist could have asked me those questions and I could have saved so much money. They are based online. But ********* is there main base. I really wouldnt spend my money on them like people do *** the rates on ****** and web md and other places. They werent even rated in Better business bureau which says something
