    * date of transaction - March 17 * amount of money paid - $299 * promise by company - to provide affordable neuropsychiatric evaluations I am filing this complaint because I recently signed up for a neuropsychiatric evaluations using minder memory center. It was a $299 concierge fee to ensure that I would be seen quicker. However, they only have a 24 hour refund window when I was under the impression my insurance would cover it. I was then told a week later that my insurance wont cover it, and I would have to pay out of pocket. I find this to be wrong because you will not even know if your insurance covers the rest of the cost until a week after, and by that time you are already locked in with your $299 or more initial price. I tried contacting them about this matter, but they said I should not have expected my insurance to cover it, even though they led me to believe so through previous emails. They also have ****** reviews on their home page, but when I went to look up how to submit a review, it was not there. This led me to also believe they are creating reviews to have people believe how many positive reviews there receiving, even though multiple people online are complaining about the same issue I had. Overall, I am disappointed with the companys lack of clarity and lack of a refund window when you are not told the expected price.

    March 22 and April 12 are the dates of service. The provider waited weeks before filing claims to my health insurance. By the time claims were filed my family deductible was met and insurance issued payments. I paid $1,156.66 upfront. My patient responsibility at time claims were filed is 175.54.Provider owes me a refund of ******. Provider has only refunded $125.66. Provider is rude and hangs up on my insurance when they call to find out more info of the situation. The provider stated I have already been compensated and no more will be given. This provider is actively stealing $836.54 from me right now. Insurance has confirmed claims have been processed/paid to the provider at this time.
