Our Commitment

Our mission, quite simply, is to help you get a better night’s sleep! With the purchase of any MedCline product, you will receive unlimited one-on-one counseling with a dedicated MedCline Sleep Specialist. While many customers find instant relief with a MedCline Relief System, others need time to adjust to their new sleep position. Much like a new mattress, it can take 2-4 weeks for your body to adjust to a new sleep environment and a unique sleep position. During the adjustment period, if you are not completely comfortable during your initial nights, don’t worry. We are here to help!

Your Sleep Specialist will work with you to help you find comfort and relief, including offering comfort tips and ensuring that you have the best product to meet your needs. We also have a series of helpful videos available to all customers; though we have found the greatest success in the personalized 1:1 service we provide to each customer.

Personalized Support

To connect with your personal Sleep Specialist, we recommend that you set up an appointment so that we can call you when it’s convenient for you. From this initial appointment, your Sleep Specialist will follow your progress to blissful sleep! If you have a quick question or need immediate support, please give us a call at 800-610-1607.

Your Satisfaction is Important to Us

We are proud of our Relief Systems and are committed to making sure you have a successful product experience.

Our Relief Systems are therapeutic—the more you use them, the better you’ll feel. To ensure you have enough time to properly adjust to your new MedCline, we require you to keep the system for at least 30 days after delivery, during which time we will work with you to help you find comfort and relief. If after this period we are unable to help you find relief, we will be able to offer a return (within 60 days of receipt). As a personal use item, and a registered FDA Class-1 Medical Device, all returned MedCline Relief Systems cannot be reused and need to be properly disposed. We work with recycling facilities to properly dispose of our systems in the most environmentally-friendly way possible.

We’ve got the same goals—helping you get a great night’s sleep! For some customers, it may take some time to achieve that goal. For this reason, we ask that if you are not willing to work with our team for at least 30 days, please reconsider purchasing a system. Customers who wish to return a product after 1-2 nights of using their new MedCline, or those who are unwilling to work with our team, will not be able to return their product until we have been able to properly support you in finding comfort and relief.

Return Policy Details

If after 30 days, your product does need to be returned, we will provide you with a return label for shipment to a designated approved recycling center. Upon confirmation of the return, we will process your refund. Your exact refund is the price you paid, minus a $25 return fee per system to help cover return shipping and recycling costs (please note that shipping paid to receive your initial order is not refunded).

All refunds will be sent to the original payment method, processed upon confirmation of delivery. Refunds may not appear for ~5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Our 60-day Return Policy is applicable for all Relief System purchases (Reflux Relief System and Shoulder Relief System) only. Our return policy does not apply to the purchase of a Body Pillow when purchased separately, specialty pillows, or pillow cases. While these items are covered by our manufacturing warranty, body pillows, specialty pillows, and pillow cases cannot be returned once opened.
