            We trusted this place to mail our Christmas package to our family. We added 100$ insurance because we knew things get lost during busy holidays. We mailed it out on Dec, 11, 2023 Our package never arrived. We waited 1 week after it was expected and it still read that it was at the mail place when we tracked it?? We went in to the business and the owner just laughed, said yup that's the holidays, your package is lost. We inquired about a refund and she insisted we needed a receipt to verify what was in the box. So we provided her a receipt. But we still have not received our money back. Today we went in, again she laughed said no refund sorry just the way it is. We demanded we get our 100$ which is what we had insured and she said we will see. Come back in two weeks. Did the mail place steal our package as it was never picked up from their business to get shipped. And it cost 98$ to mail, so we are out 220$? All the owner can say is, oh well, that's what you get during the holidays Sounds like a scam to me.
