    I requested a loan for $1,200 and canceled the loan the following day. I was emailing with customer service and they confirmed my loan was canceled and would be withdrawn from my account. Almost a week goes by and the money is still in my account. I called today and they stated my account number was as incorrect and received an error from my bank they were unable to withdraw the funds and there was a late fee associated on my account. I asked the representative how my account number was wrong since they had it to deposit the funds into my account and she said this happened with another client. The representative stated I could take her word for it and if the funds do not come out on the 1st of the month, she would keep an eye on my account and reach out to me personally. I told the representative I was leaving the country on the third and requested an email stating there would be no late fee associated with the account and the representative said she couldnt do that but we were on a recorded line. I called my bank and they have no record of rejecting the payment.

    I borrowed 525 dollars from them and theyre trying to make me pay them **** dollars back thats not right when I were told I supposed to pay them back 747 dollars. They getting over on people that work hard and can barely afford to pay anything.

    I did get a loan from birch lending for 750 I understand interest rates but not for the same amount I borrowed and so far they have received 800 dollars from me and still saying I owe 739 dollars and for some reason I cant pull up the loan document

    I looked into birch lending to see about getting a loan. I was told I was approved for a loan. They then emailed me a link to read through the contract and sign necessary paperwork. However, when I went into the link and filled out required information I got to the part where I needed to confirm my bank account was supported by them. When I went to confirm my bank info it said my bank was not supported by their company. I then called them and they confirmed that my bank was not supported but to try again anyway and then sent me another link. It still didn't work. I then assumed that I would not get the loan. A couple days later the loan was deposited into my account. I did not sign any agreement. I was also never told of the details of the contract regarding interest rates etc. I now have logged in and they have falsely said I have signed the contract and are trying to charge me almost 500% interest rate. I have also recieved emails after the fact asking me to confirm and eSign the contract which I was not able to do.
