  Do Not and I repead Do Not use them for legal $300 gone, They take your money then forget about you. Nobody to talk to, no follow up, no effort at all. Literally gave them all the contact and legal information they needed to execute the case and nothing came from it. I wish I could get my money back. I hope this app gets shut down soon they dont care at all for people your just another number

  Oh my.... Why, oh why, didn't I read these reviews first? I, too have been scammed. I paid $60 dollars for the "credible threat" version of small claims assistance in May 2023. Nothing ever came of it. Nothing. When I checked back on my claim in July 2023, I saw that the "triple check" was still in process. Thinking I needed to upgrade, I went ahead and paid for the full service version ($300 + $182 in filing fees). Again, nothing, and now I am out $542 dollars. I tried calling their customer service number and it is disconnected. I tried emailing and received a generic response (looks like maybe an AI chatbot wrote it) saying that they are short staffed and that is why the triple check is taking so long. I have initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with **** and my bank. Hope to get all my money back. Please just avoid this company. If you need a small claim, then you are probably already out some amount of money. This scam will just take more of your money and hurt you again and make you feel that much worse.

  They failed the triple check and now are ignoring my emails, I want a refund due to their failure of the triple check guarantee. They served the wrong business and the wrong person, and now I cant get ahold of them to file the amendment.They also claim on their website they are a BBB accredited business...

  Absolutely the worst company. They reeled me in and I actually had a few interactions with a live rep that gave me hope I was going to get some real help. After my court date was set and the wrong paperwork was filed by Squabble, I had to completely take over and start fresh. This not only cost me more time but more money. Do yourself a favor and just file the small claims court case on your own- I cannot believe this is still a trap people can fall into.

  I filed a claim with small claims over 4 months ago and paid my fee and yet to hear anything from them. I believed they are a scammed I wished I had checked them out before I use them.I hope everyone who reads this please do not use Squabble small claims they are not Ligit!!Upset customer

  I was in a car accident March The 1st. I contact schwabble pertaining to my case. I payed $200. They have done nothing for me. I had to take off from work and go all the way to ******** from **********. To file a claim, this agency is a fraud. They're taking people money. And not doing nothing for the customer. And I cannot get my money back. Because I signed a contract stating no refund.

  They promise you phone support but no one will contact you back on the phone or give you a phone number. They take many days to get back if not weeks by email. I paid for the top package because of the phone support and have still to receive any phone calls. I have now asked for a refund but they say there are no refunds which technically I knew when I thought I was getting legal support as promised. You really should be able to get a refund if you're not getting the support you were promised.

  Squabble is indeed a cost-effective way to initiate a small claims lawsuit. I am an attorney myself and find the under-funded bureaucratic ********** courts challenging to deal with. Squabble handles this for you including service of process which is the best part. However, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The defendant in my case quickly ponied up and settled. I asked Squabble for some support in filing and serving the Dismissal form I drafted. Not only would it take them days to respond to my email (no phone number to call), they just kept referring me to the Superior Court main phone number (which is a joke). So far I've spent $200 to pay someone to file my dismissal and the clerk has rejected it twice for minor errors (which Squabble would have caught). So if you don't think you'll need ANY customer support go with **********************. If you need more support than that you may want to look at People Clerk instead. They are more costly, but you should ask for your court costs as part of your claim so you can get that money back.

  I was optimistic that this company would make the small claims process easier. However, I have had nothing but radio silence since my initial payment. I asked to upgrade my package, but never received a response. I feel this company is shady and not transparent with their communication, process and cost.

  "Should you not respond within 14 days of this letter, a civil lawsuit will be commenced through Squabble, a professional service run by layers,I copied this line from the demand letter template I received from Squabble. I can only assume that the last word layers was a misspelled version of the word lawyers. A professional service run by lawyers misspells the word lawyers and after they have performed their triple check for accuracy.Not impressed, and wont use this service beyond what I have already paid for. Hopefully the small claims petition they prepared for me is correct, fingers crossed.
