    i paid the ****** fee to "file a case" with these guys, i got an email showing they filed the paperwork with the court. it looked official. so i figured that was that. anyway i kept waiting for a response from the court which never came so i reached out to squabble. squabble told me i didn't check the box to have them served. Wait, what! i asked wasn't that included in the price as advertised? i have yet to receive a reply. this claim was started in the 1st week of November.seriously, I IMPLORE ALL to not use these guys. AT ALL!!! I'm with reviewer ******** on this, it looks like im gonna have to file myself. as i have read the reviews they seem to work when they feel like it. not happy folks ain gonna lie

    Service of Process (serving the defendant the court paperwork) is an optional service that Squabble can provide. We our partner, *** Legal, to hire a professional process server. We offer it as an option ay checkout because some of our customers choose to take care of this by their own lawful means.

    We do provide that add-on service after the case has been submitted to us. I see that you did in fact take advantage of that by purchasing it after. Your case was filed with the court and the defendant was served.

    They charged me $320.00 which was a waist of money. They filed my case but it was cancelled by the court because of their lack of communication regarding any actions you must do so I had to start over and file the case myself. I kept asking what was taking so long for 1-2 months but they acted like their job was done and the case was completed by them when it was actually cancelled by the court for non-compliance. They will only communicate through email with you and the company is a complete waist of your money.

    I've researched your case. It was filed and accepted with the court and the defendant was served. Your case was cancelled by the court for non-compliance because you did not register for the required "Online Dispute Resolution" that the court requires. These instructions were included in your filed court documents.

    The delay in time from you submitting your claim and the date we received acceptance from the court was a delay caused by the court. We cannot influence the time it takes courts to assign cases.

    Your case would have had to be re-filed.

    The Squabble app worked perfectly. I tried some others at first, but they were not able to file small claims cases in my county. My case was filed within a couple days. I paid for a process server so that everything could be handled by the people at squabble. My only gripe is that the court set my court date out farther than I expected.

    I filled a claim with them and the charged me $265 for their fee and court fees. I went to the court house and they said they have no affiliation with this company and that they were a scam company. tried to contact squabble and can not find any contact numbers and an email that they don't respond to.

    I looked up your case information. You were asked to notarize page 2 of your court documents so that we could file the proper paperwork with the court. We never received this back from you.

    The courts are not affiliated with any company and the courts would have no information supporting them stating we are a scam. Squabble helps people prepare and file the court documents on their behalf. This requires no affiliation with the courts.

    I am not sure why you chose to not notarize your court documents. Had you completed that step, we could have filed them in court and then proceeded to serve the defendant.

    Once Squabble had my credit card information they paid themselves and extra $100. They are thieves. They then submitted the wrong forms to court. They are incompetent. They did not listen to my request to not resend and muddy up my own correct submission. They are ignorant. I have changed my credit card number to sleep at night.If you want to employ ignorant, incompetent thieves to do something you can do yourself then you would be a chump.

    I researched your case in our system and credit card processor. We only charged you one payment of $238 for our fees along with the court filing fees.

    Do NOT use this company for a small claim.... file yourself! Almost one year ago I hired this company. It was taking a very long time to get the process moving and about 5 months in they gave me a story that the wrong paper was notarized. I followed their instructions!! So I fixed the problem, sent it back in and communication halted. I can't get anyone to answer my emails. They have my money and they haven't filed the paperwork after 11 months....hence why I am here giving this review! Don't waste your time. Obviously they're too busy (as they did tell me) to handle your case once they get it! I think they put new lawyers in these cases and don't follow up on their work. Regardless, I will never recommend them to anyone and I never leave bad reviews for anyone but this company is horrible.

    i demand a full refund immediately. you all are a true scam. buyers beware! I filed a claim May 24th its now september and you all cant seem to respond. yet continue to take peoples money for things you cant do. Give me my money back! You all first told me to change the address I used, i use that address to serve the person and now you all wont respond and the court rejected it!!!!!! Give me a refund! I am seconds away from filing a chargeback by **************** if i dont get any answers.

    I used Squabble to recover my money from a contractor who took a deposit and never did the work. They were very helpful in identifying with me the proper company name to *** and carried out the legal process. They have lots of resources to help understand the hearing and collection process.
