      I am very dissatisfied in this app. I wish I never signed up. The first pro they assigned me to never showed up. I cancelled the service and they still sent someone else. That pro showed up around 9pm when there was no light out to see what they were doing. They cut the grass but they did a very poor job and this company had the audacity to make excuses for the company. I have requested my account to be deactivated several times and every time I submit a request its denied! Do not use this app! They do not vet their providers. You are better off finding a company on your own!

      I had signed up for the three cut minimum. The driver showed up on May 1st 2024 as scheduled and did cut the grass and he did do a good job. But I also watched him leave with my 2 year old Cub Cadet SC 900 on the back of his trailer which sets me back $614.00. I queried him through the app and he said he didn't take it, even though I told him I watched him drive off with it on his trailer. The company's customer support was difficult to reach but I did finally speak with someone and they were courteous. Thanking this is a scam business though and they obviously don't screen their subcontractors.

      Lawn Love will not leave me alone. I cancelled with them last year because their crews never show up when you schedule them. Lawn Lawn will not stop texting and emailing me as if I'm still a customer on the schedule. ***** still show up at my house and I explain to them that I have tried to cancel Lawn Love several times. Most of the time the crew will offer to do it for a cheaper price without Lawn Love and I'll accept their services. They will tell me I am cancelled and take my cash, and then Lawn Love will relentlessly try to charge my account for full services despite even speaking to them on the phone and asking them to leave me alone. I have cancelled and they are illegally charging my card.

      On April 27th I found Lawn Love through the Thumbtack app. I immediately set up an appointment to have my lawn mowed for the 29th. I also requested quotes for tree trimming and yard clean-up. *************** from A Rate Preservation, LLC (who was assigned through Lawn Love) denied my quote requests and only agreed to mowing. My date was changed to April 30th at that time (not by me). I was annoyed because the 29th had already been agreed upon, but I went with it. And let me just say that it was required to put all of my residential and billing information in FIRST AND FOREMOST which should have been a red flag in hindsight! So then, a representative from lawn love called to confirm the appointment and informed me that the window of them showing up was actually April 30th thru May 1st. Needless to say that no one showed up on any day! I tried chatting with the lawn *************** who never responded back. That was on the 30th. I started feeling the red flags setting in, so I tried canceling my service. To my surprise they denied my request. So at that point, I just waited to see if someone would show up on May 1st. I wasn't surprised that no one did. The weather was warm and sunny both days, so there was no excuse. And NO ONE contacted me with an explanation in advance nor the days of as to why they would not be coming. At that point my desire for ANYTHING ELSE TO DO WITH LAWN LOVE WAS NULL AND VOID!!! So I again attempted to cancel my subscription on May 2nd, and to my dismay, they had reset the mow date to May 2nd without my authorization!! Your site is purposely set up to block cancelations and they FORCE unwanted schedule dates! I want my SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED AND ALL OF MY BILLING INFORMATION DELETED! I don't want any kind of service on May 2nd or any other day! They should have showed up when they were scheduled! YOU ARE SCAMMERS!

      Cancelled my service prior to ever receiving it. Cancelled multiple times via the app. They do not cancel it even though the app says they did, then they just reschedule and continue to try to provide service I do not want. I had to cancel my CC to prevent fraudulent charges from them.

      Repeatedly, I turned off their service via their mobile and desktop website, only for two of their contractors to show up and cut my grass on the same day. ARE THEY BLIND? I had already cut it myself. Apparently, they didn't get the memo. I want my money back or I am suing them. Do yourself an immense favor and never let these jokers step one foot on your property unless you enjoy having your time, money and yard utterly destroyed by so-called "professionals." I'm off to find a reputable lawn service and suing these guys for damages - wish me luck!Stop outsourcing your support to the ***********, it's a JOKE! Inaudible and unintelligible are the words I would use to describe those women.

      Signed up for service and understood the 3 cut minimum. The representative on the phone said I was permitted to discuss the deal with my wife and could cancel service prior to first cut if I didn't want to move forward. I did this. I cancelled. I called and verified with TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE that the account had been cancelled. They keep sending lawn people out and are trying to hook me for the 3 cut minimum. SCAM company if I've ever seen one.

      04/01/2014 $57.37 Was charged the price for a front and back yard cut when they only mowed the front. The company knew it ahead of time and still charged me for both. They offered a $15 credit because they said they cannot reverse the fee. Nothing but problems from the start.Would like to be refunded $35 because the front yard was $20.

      I am writing to express my concerns regarding the design of the Lawnstarter app for providers. I have noticed some issues related to the automated triggers that are affecting my schedule and earnings negatively. One major problem I have encountered is the automated removal of properties from my schedule based on a "potential problem" that has not actually occurred. This results in a financial loss for me as I am not able to service these properties and therefore lose out on potential income. Furthermore, this automatic removal of properties triggers a "cancellation metric" that increases my cancellation rate. This escalating cancellation metric could potentially lead to financial penalties or even the loss of income if it reaches a certain threshold. I believe that these automated triggers and their consequences are unfair and are impacting my ability to earn through the Lawnstarter platform. I would appreciate it if these issues could be reviewed and addressed promptly to ensure a fair and transparent experience for providers like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter.       Sunday January 7, I was browsing lawn care company's in my area to hire for leaf clean up. I have no grass on my lawn- just mulch and lots of trees. The website is a true problem- a trap of sorts the likes of which Ive never seen and I am tech savvy. It requires you to put in lots of info including payment info before getting a quote with statements at the bottom of the page that you will have a quote and other info before paying or joining-NOT TRUE. After going through this rigmarole and choosing a date for service i come to a page that basically says VOILA- your cut is scheduled? I dont want a cut- and I certainly did not choose to sign up for some "3 Cut Minimum" I have NO GRASS! I was backing out of the website and trying to cancel service because the leaf clean up quote was just nuts- WAY TOO EXPENSIVE- and there is no way to cancel. Ive tried to call- the auto customer service also *****. I have emailed. I did the only thing I could manage to do which was "PAUSE YOUR SERVICE". This company is NOT FOOD. They trick you into becoming a subscriber without letting you know that is what you are doing and then charge you this 3-cut minimum- should be and may be illegal. Bad Bad Bad, Lawn Love. I have no love for you.
