    I booked a Days **************************** hotel in *********, ** through Priceline.com as they had advertised a hot tub in their amenities. During my entire stay the hot tub was out of service. I would ask about it every other day to staff and was told either "It will be fixed tomorrow", or "It will be fixed Monday", or "It will be fixed in a few days" etc. The hot tub was never repaired and I asked the woman at the front desk for a chance of a possible refund for the mis advertisement. She gave me a business card for ******************* General Manager whom I emailed several times and never received a reply. I passed the issue up to Days ***************** and was told to resolve the issue with Priceline.com. After emailing back and forth with Priceline.com they told me while they confirmed the hot tub was out of service, I would not be received any compensation. I feel it is wrong to advertise an amenity to customers and continuously lie about when it will be repaired. Had I known earlier, I would have booked a separate hotel. My total stay at the hotel was $2312.94 and I am seeking compensation of 10% of the total amount or roughly $232.00.

    This place is a scam. They dont tell you that you need a $100 deposit IN CASH upon checkin. So when I arrived last night I had to go back out after an 8 hour drive at 11pm to find an ATM. Then in the morning, i dropped off my wife for a hair appointment and went back to pack our stuff and check out. Then they wouldnt give me my $100 back because I wasnt listed on the room even though its my wifes name and I paid the cash and it said there were two guests and I had the parking pass. This is an absolute scam and theyre criminals.
