    A good friend had a bad gas leak suddenly develop in her home, had to open all doors and sit outside till plumber arrived (Same Day also does plumbing as well as heating and air). ***** spent at least 2 hours at her house, working in the difficult closet where the furnace AND water heater were installed - replaced the leaking ball valve, and was very knowledgeable about the industry. I felt the bill was reasonable for the time spent, and the parts obtained. ***** also had a annual plan to get furnace and water heater serviced for a very reasonable price.

    they had me scheduled for Tuesday 06/25/2024 between 1 - 4 pm. Took off to wait for them. I call close to the ending time hoping they will still show up. They told me that I did not come since I did not reply to a text the sent me. I use my office line to call and of course I did not get a call. They needed me to re schedule me. NOW, they are fully booked and only have available by end fo August 2024. Really?They don't car about accomodating you due to their error. and now I will have to face heat wave during this next couple of days and most companies are booked as well.Horrible ******************
