    I contacted the company regarding a warranty covered mini split system installed by the company on January 10, 2022, at my residence. This system was sold and installed with a 12-year parts and labor warranty.A component of that system, the condensate pump has failed twice, most recently on August 4, 2025. A previous failure also occurred in 2023, and at that time, the pump was replaced by the company. The current failure is occurring well within the scope of the warranty and should be addressed under its terms.The contract states: Equipment must be maintained with annual maintenance. Provider of maintenance is at client discretion.This language clearly grants me the legal right to choose the provider of maintenance, and I have fulfilled that obligation accordingly.Additionally, the condensate pump is a critical system component covered by the warranty you issued. Replacement of that part would cost an estimated $680, not including labor, which the warranty is supposed to cover in full.I was also informed that the warranty would only be honored, and my unit fixed, if we signed up for a service plan with you. Nowhere in the service agreement is that stated. As such, I am formally demanding that the company:1. Honor the warranty and repair or replace the failed condensate pump at no cost to me, or 2. Provide a written explanation for denial that includes documentation supporting any claim of negligence or improper maintenance which I will forward to the appropriate legal authorities.I am willing to resolve this matter without court intervention if your company honors its written warranty obligations in good faith.Honor your warranty. We also consulted another company which stated the mini split do not require annual maintenance other than the customer maintenance, which is being completed.

    Transaction date is Sept.17,2021 Money paid is $9257.00.They claimed to have the best warranties in the industry backed by the equipment manufacturer Not honoring warranties and temporarily repairing unit Every Season there has been an issue with either the cooling or heating as of the first year of purchase Makes a clicking sound when the System turns on Unable to maintain cooling temperature and constantly running Thermostat error message ,There may be a problem with cooling system Past four hours thermostat calling for cool,but room temperature increased by 4.8 F.This message appears between 4 and 5 PM There also is problem with gas leak at heating couplings I called and they said they would make my case a priority Which they have not In fact called me and said overbooked and unable to keep this mornings appointment When they do show up want to try and upsell on parts that are not even four years old Dissatisfied with this business and not living up to their word Feel like I am getting ripped off by them

    I had my plumbing replaced from galvanized, as well as some updates to cleanouts, by Same Day back in November 2024. I have a warranty on the work, and I have already had numerous issues with the plumbing. The parts installed are incorrect and cheaper than the parts quoted and on the invoice. Some of the work quoted and paid for is still not completed. I have contacted Same Day numerous times, to which they have reponed that they will fix the problem and finish the work/give me a refund for the difference, but they've been telling me that story for months now. I believe they're trying say they will fix the issues and keep pushing it out until my warranty is done.
