I ordered the product on 10/15/2025, I paid $89.40 with a $10 off coupon. They said online id get my box within 2-3 days and then take the test and send it back for results 2-3 days after shipping it back. I got the test on 10/20/2025 and took it the same day and shipped it out the same day, I had to purchase another shipping label because they didnt provide one that was proper for bodily fluids with the post office, they didnt refund the amount I paid for the new label, and it arrived to sneak peek on 10/27/2025 at 11am, that day I was supposed to receive a confirmation email that they received the package which I never got and I have been unable to get a confirmation on that at this point or the results, I looked them up online again and Im extremely concerned by the reviews i saw, it seems like they are not legit and its very concerning to be taking peoples blood/DNA and doing who knows what with it and then giving people false results. Im hoping you guys will further look into this.Initial Complaint

Sneakpeek has a guaranteed refund policy if their gender results are wrong. They said we were having a boy, and I gave birth to a girl. I sent in her birth certificate in ****************, and its been nonstop run around of them telling me theyve mailed a check, and then saying they sent it through ******. And Ive yet to receive either. Im extremely frustrated as they dont seem to communicate well. And theres no phone number anywhere to reach their customer service.Initial Complaint

My friend went through SneakPeek to determine the gender of fetus. Extra money was paid for next day results, as the business required an extra fee for the day. My email address was used to send the results to so I could reveal the gender. I received an email the day of the sample collection outlining the process of receiving the results. The email explained I would receive an email between 3-7pm EST the day the sample was received. Additionally, I would receive an email THAT SAME DAY between 7-11pm EST for the results. I received the first email at 2:35pm confirming receipt of the sample. As of now 8/7/25 at 11:49pm EST the results have not been sent. I contacted the business through the contact forum to have the results sent immediately. I have yet to receive the results or a response from the business. Upon further investigation I have found numerous reports involving the same issue with this business. On multiple occasions these business has failed to provide the service the consumer paid for. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. A refund at the minimum should be provided by this business for failing to provide the service that was payed for. I am seeking investigation into this company, as they should not be allowed to charge consumers for a service and continuously fail to provide the service. When a company states you will receive next day results and provides the time frame in which the results will be provided and this does not happen, that is false advertisement. And furthermore I find it to be very telling that the business does not have a phone number costumers can call to speak with a representative. I would dare to say this is probably because the influx of calls would be astronomical as their customers would be calling relentlessly because of the scam this business is conducting. Again they need to be investigated and a report needs to be made about this business so potential consumers are aware of their poor reputation! Thank you!Initial Complaint

I bought the sneakpeek snap test in ******* HI on 5/10/25 at a Long Drugs. It was $30 plus tax. I then took the test on 5/14/25 and paid the $69 activation fee. 05/14/25 was when I was eligible (6weeks) according to sneakpeeks eligibility calculator on their website. I got results back on 5/18/25 that we were having a girl. I decided to take another test at about 8 weeks pregnant to double check and because with a coupon I could do the lancet test for $64. That test came back 5/30/25 with results we were having a boy. I reached out to the company same day. They only have email contact so I sent an email with all the order numbers and barcodes of both test, and asked that being I got different results that they would send me a 3rd test to confirm which was right. After 4 business days of no response I sent another email. I sent a 3rd email on Wednesday 6/11/25. I have heard nothing back from the company at all. I no longer want them to send me a test, I would like a refund. I ordered a test from another company whom hopefully has better customer serviceInitial Complaint

I purchased an Early Gender SneakPeek test kit ($30) as well as the additional lab fee ($60) to run the blood sample. The sample is then sent out and once the lab has received it they promise next day results. I received an email from sneak peak labs that they did receive my sample and they would be processing and I would have my results by 5 PM Eastern standard time Tuesday, February 25. I have still not received my results February 27, and have tried to contact sneak peek several times. There is no customer service phone number you can only contact them via email. I have gotten a couple responses back saying they have emailed me the results but I do not have them. Every time I talk to them I get the runaround of excuses and get absolutely nowhere. I have gone to every sneak peek social media and it's littered with people experiencing the exact same thing I am. Sneak peek promises next day results and have not provided them to myself or many many other customers that I am seeing. They are telling each and every one of their customers that results via email were sent out yet nobody has received them. Sneak peek is getting on their social media pages and deleting customers trying to reach out to them in another way like myself. My social media comment, via ******** expressing that I cannot get ahold of sneak peek and I still have not received my results was deleted. I hope to eventually receive my results but this entire business scheme has been a bad experience. I think how sneak peek treats their customers and ignores complaints is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

This kit was received on January 21, and returned on January 22nd. It has been 5 days and it only in *********. This is ridiculous!! We have used them before and not had this problem. This is a RIP OFF!!!! I want a REFUNDInitial Complaint

I purchased the fast track dna gender test kit Dec 17th which grantees same day results the day they receive the kit which would be December 18th and I didnt get my results till Dec 20th because a error on their behalf I shared the email anyhow so I asked them if they could partially refund the money that I paid for expedited delivery. Then being they had a fluke upon my dna sample arrival pertaining to the barcode I didnt trust me results asking if they could possibly send another kit so I could re-test. This business claims to have a 99.9% accuracy rating in predicting a childs gender during pregnancy. I ordered two identical tests, performed them in a sterile environment, and received two different results. Upon checking camera footage I realized the FedEx delivery driver of the second test threw the medical device across my driveway like a frisbee, thus potentially compromising the integrity of the test. Upon trying to request additional information via their website, their website form does not allow me to click submit. Contacting them on social media yields no response via direct message, but they find the time to delete my comments from videos they post claiming how accurate they are. They also claim to be recommended by doctors, and upon talking to my doctor this morning she stated shes heard several similar stories as mine which the company seems to delete negative reviews of.
