- We warranty any service or repair provided by Garage Door Medics be free from defects in workmanship for a period of (1) year. If at any time within (1) year of service, your garage door exhibits the same, recurring issue - we will repair (or if repair is not possible, replace) any defective part previously installed by us within the past (1) year, at no charge.Warranty appointments are provided Monday through Friday, within the timeframes of 8am-12pm, 10am-2pm, or 12-4pm.
