            I had to call at least once a day because they kept putting restrictions on our cards and leaving my drivers stuck. Instead of fixing the situation and retraining or looking into why my requests were not followed through to meet our drivers needs- **** Verado sent me an email which only referenced my first initial application (missed the 10+ phone calls I had made) and some how blamed me that his customer service was not completing the requests - (there was limits placed on the card which would automatically require all transactions to decline) instead of resolving the issue and verifying that FINALLY my account was corrected- he cancelled all the cards without notice. Luckily my drivers had a backup form of payment. **** was and continues to ignore emails as my account is still open which gives him the authorization to access our business account but all of the cards have been declined.

            We appreciate the feedback. Our customer service team responded to every call and request to help you. Management got involved as well to try to understand your needs. Unfortunately, it did not work out. We value the partnerships that we form with our customers and hope that they are like minded.
