I'm currently having a terrible experience!!On short notice, theyve decided to reassign my case to a different attorney because the one they assigned to me was horrible! and it appears that they had decided to part ways with him. They emailed me an agreement form to sign for a new attorney by the time I was able to check my email it had expired. I reached out to them for almost a month to get a new link sent to me or to speak with someone regarding moving forward.Despite my attempt to speak with an attorney who could advise me about my case. I was only able to speak to a personnel from their customer support team (every time I got to someone they would tell me that I should receive a call within 1 to 3 days and I never got one).To make matters worse! I got an email notifying me that they are unable to find an attorney to take my case to finalize the two service I paid for and that I should seek legal counsel elsewhere!!After learning this, I got frustrated and sent them a text asking for my money back or for the service to be completed which is when they started to send me an automated text Stating you have no outstanding agreements my marriage is still not dissolve. Members of their support team has also confirmed that my services are marked as incomplete on my ******* hoping this issue will be resolved as Im already in a terrible situation going through a divorce. I now I have to deal with Marble Law basically scamming me out of the service they agreed to provide after taking my hard earn money. There is a picture attached below that shows that both services were canceled, though I did not request a cancellation of either service.I will be updating the status of this situation if anything changes, so that someone else can learn from the experience I am *********** of experience: January 19, 2025

November 19 2024 ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Took my full payment upfront I explained everything and specifically what I needed what I was looking for I was connected with an attorney and for pretty much a month straight no proper communication from marble or the attorney and when I finally got in touch with someone they claim that it was their misunderstanding of what I was asking for as far as services is concerned, A whole month later money paid all in full upfront Terrible terrible experience terrible paralegal ******* !!! The absolute worst I promise you you are better off going and investing the time into finding your own attorney direct Because this third-party service will treat you just as that third-party And the attorneys they connect you with have no immediate intentions on treating you like one of their primary clients as one of their direct cases because you will be treated as a referral case not one of their primary cases as if you came directly to them

    Dear *****,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the importance of clear communication and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your case, we can confirm that services were initiated as requested. However, it was later determined that a different service was needed to best address your legal matter.

We respect your decision not to proceed with the recommended service and have processed a full refund, despite work already being initiated by your legal team. We wish you the very best moving forward on your legal journey and appreciate the opportunity to assist you during this time.

no work was done/and or initiated by the so-called legal team and it should not take a month time for someone to even get back to me. I initiated every single phone call/point of contact with this company. No one ever reached out to me and it was barely ever hard to get in contact to get someone to call me back everything that was said in a response from the company was ******** to be honest  And I explain very clearly exactly what I need what I was looking for what I was expecting, etc. there shouldve been no misunderstanding of anything. Once you took the money from me then you want to refer a different services to me at triple the price thats insane.

    Dear *****,

We apologize again for not meeting your expectations during the one month you were engaged with our firm. While work was initiated by your legal team, they were unable to move forward due to missing or incorrect information provided.

Your legal team identified the service you actually needed and shared that information with you. We have addressed your concerns and provided a full refund. At this time, we have no further options available. We respect your decision not to move forward and wish you the very best of luck on your legal journey. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to assist you.

Sept 2024, called marble law to possibly hire a divorce attorney. During the application process I was in the middle of an urgent situation I told the *** at marble law and I didnt really have much time to talk because my cell battery was dying and I needed to call a tow truck. Anyhow I agreed to start the down payment of $500 so I could get off phone. However insult to injury I ended up in hospital and within 48 hours I called marble law to inform them Im not well enough to continue my case. I was thanked for giving them such a fast response to stop further action in my case. I was told I qualify for a full refund in which could take up to 30 days. Ive made several call and received several calls from marble law asking the same questions and giving me no understanding as to why its going on February 25 and I still have not received my refund

Ive dealt with Marble for over two years, and my chief complaint remains the same: my attorney, ***** ****** #*******, is terrible with communication and deadlines. Marble is just as unresponsive. Ive had 3-4 paralegals and countless false promises about escalating my complaints to a customer quality specialist. They ignore emails, give wrong numbers, and provide no real help.Since I cant make calls during the day, I gave my wife POA because Marble suddenly blocked her access to speak on my behalf. Despite this, their **** hung up on her mid-sentence when she tried to address issues, claiming she had to contact the legal team. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also a blatant disregard for the clients rights and needs. Marble consistently fails to honor even the most basic forms of communication and assistance, leaving clients feeling powerless and ************* my Nov 8, 2024, hearing, Neyza #******* promised to send paperwork to the judge within 10 days. Weeks later, after no response, I contacted Marble. Neyza #******* replied on Dec 2 but didnt deliver the paperwork despite multiple promises. Her failure to meet deadlines and provide any substantive updates has caused significant delays and stress. It is clear that Neyza and her team prioritize avoiding accountability over serving their clients.Ive emailed her #******* and my latest paralegal, ****** at least 8 times since November, with no responses. The lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional, as clients rely on attorneys to represent their interests effectively. Neyza lies, doesnt file paperwork, and is unprofessional. Her unethical behavior has been reported to the ***********************. Marbles practices are fraudulent and deserve investigation to stop them from scamming others. I encourage anyone facing similar issues with Marble to report their experiences to the appropriate authorities and seek alternative legal representation.

I've been paying this company for months upon months for an attorney assistance. I wanted to find out what my balance was or how many more payments I needed to make. I tried emailing all of the contacts in my email history as well as scouring the website for a single active email account. Every email bounced back as non-deliverable. It started making me thing this was a shady company.

In early 2024 I tried to find a lawyer to handle my divorce. I came across Marble Law and hired them/the lawyer with whom they matched me for a large upfront cost to draw up and serve my ex divorce papers. They gave me the runaround for over six months- I didn't have my ex's whereabouts or an address, so they told me they would find him, they said they could not, then kept taking my case in different and confusing directions, never being clear about what they were doing, when, or what would actually achieve the objective of finally getting divorced. No one took the time to actually speak with me and help me understand what was going on or get necessary information from me. Last month they finally dropped me as a client and told me they'd fulfilled the services I'd paid them for- I still am no closer to a divorce than I was when I first hired them. The best part? My daughter ******d my ex and found his work address which they could have used to serve him. They told me they did everything they could, but apparently they didn't even do a ****** search. I am mentally disabled and do not know how to vet things like this. Marble Law took advantage of me.

Marble Law representative harassed me (excessive calls) into taking a loan with concora credit to pay for my legal representation. I was told a Marble Law attorney (******* H) was to represent me for my custody modification case. The attorney spoke with me a total of 6 minutes and had a 5 minutes call with opposite party. The work to be done was filling of papers to the Court and possible representation. 10 days into the agreement, I was not convinced that Marble Law was the right firm.for me as they would only return calls or emails after 2 or 3 business days. I called them and told them I wanted to end our agreement since none of the work had even started. To my surprise, they still charged me $2400 for the work not done!

I was misled by this company and told I would only be charged for a fraction of what they are actually trying to charge me. I was told many times, by many of their employees that I would only be paying $172 a month. They reassured me that my current payments of $166 would only go up to $172. They lied to me and the $172 was actually an additional cost to $166 every month.I told them I could not afford that and was misled. They acted concerned and said multiple times they were willing to work with me by consolidating and reducing my payments to $250 a month. They never reduced the payments and I was promised MULTIPLE times over many months that they would reduce it if I just paid one more month. They also have been charging a card I pleaded with them not to charge. I never authorized them to charge the additional $172 to any of my cards but they charged iT anyway. I will be contesting every charge from now on with my ********** because I never authorized them to use that card. Also the attorney they provided was very late in getting documents to me during my divorce, she never returned my calls or emails, and my ex spouses attorney write all of the documents. This company has horrible service, misleading and dishonest communication, and predatory practices. I will be spreading the word online everywhere to save every single person I can from this company.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We want to assure you that our finance team and legal team have reviewed your concerns thoroughly.

With Marble Law, we offer transparent, fixed prices for each stage of your case, ensuring that you only pay for the services you need, rather than for the time it takes to complete them. While we acknowledge your perspective on the pricing, we want to clarify that the terms of the contracts remain unchanged, including the balance due as specified in each agreement.

We value your relationship with Marble Law and are here to support you. If you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Note to whomever from Marble Law is hired to respond to bad reviews with a watered-down rationale: keep in mind that your 1.4-star Yelp review record, removal of ****** Reviews, numerous warnings written on forums from customers, and a sour ******************** record all existed before I posted my story. No need to respond to my complain on this platform. It will get you and Marble no further ahead. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED WITH MARBLE LAW! Especially if you realize early on that you should run from Marble ASAP. Now that my divorce is complete, I have the wisdom and experience to see what I couldn't see before - that this company preys on the overwhelming emotions and fear of someone preparing for divorce. Any attorney worth their salt will ask for a retainer. This is normal. Marble forces you to commit to the whole charge up front. They require payment of 3x a normal retainer BEFORE YOU EVEN GET STARTED. At that point you don't have any idea what the process is, how ****** will help or perform, and what will be required. ** the end, I only filled out the intake form, that's it. Just an intake form, and my settled charges from Marble was over $2500 (down from over $4000). They provided zero services. None. Yet, Marble tells me that legal services have been rendered. No documents were filed by Marble, no advice given, not even 1% of my case was established or completed by Marble. Yet I still had to pay Marble pay thousands on top of the adequate services of a local atty. ** the end, my biggest advice of someone who has finally completed my divorce is to take a deep breath, NOT call Marble, and find a local attorney who will guide you and support you. If you are worried about costs, you are not alone. Just realize every dollar you pay an attorney is a dollar well spent. That's not something I thought I'd ever say, but I learned a lot during this experience. Good luck to you.
