1 starRetained 3k their services second week of October 2024 for legal guidance and advise to help with writing my response to submit on or before November 9th I was served in October. With 2 phone calls with my assigned Attorney and a couple of calls from his legal assistant and emails now and then. Providing my handwritten response to them on October 25th and did not hear from them for at least 10 days the same week I was to file my response to my Xwife. I ended up retaining another attorney and within 72hours and several calls and emails my response was filed and served. In the mean time I had withdrew my services from them and inquired about my remaining balance of my retainer. That same day I got a call from my attorney from Marble Law and an email my response was finally done. This was so frustrating and informed him on the phone and email i was 100% dissatisfied from his response and everything about Marble Law. Now, I just received notification they are refunding me half of what I paid for. Which is absolutely NOTHING ***** Will never ever recommend them to anyone not even my worse enemy

1 starF****** TERRIBLE , almost 32k lost in a custody case and more emotional and financial weight on my family and Is shoulders , they are a f****** scam . Work terribly , only communicate with you when they want money out of you but not when you need them! Spend a ton of money I dont have and they did NOTHING !Marble Law

1 starI began my journey with Marble on s8/12/2024. Everything was fine, they even assisted me in getting a loan to pay my fees. Did all the necessary groundwork and since then NOTHING! Despite numerous phone calls to their office the only response I get is, please allow 3 business days for response I get this each and every time. At this point all I want is to be relieved of my responsibility to pay this loan back which is a ************ really should do better with the promises you make versus the service received.***** *******Marble Law

1 star(Because this is an open case I will try to leave this as anonymous as possible)This company/law firm is awful. They don't return phone calls or emails and when I am finally able to speak to someone they try to gaslight me saying that I am the one that is bad at communicating. and when I bring up that I have a paper trail of no answers, the conversations gets quickly skirted. My divorce has been dragging for over 2 years because they will not keep up the communication as needed. The other party lawyer is emailing ME to get "my" lawyer to reply. Also, my case keeps getting bounced around between representatives. But lastly, what really is awful is when I ask to make changes or advocate for me 8/10 they tell me it "it's not worth fighting for", Yes, what a great thing to say to a father of 2 young kids. Waste of money, can't wait to be done with them and hire a new attorney to fix the mess they made.Review fromBobbi S

1 starThe "attorney" hired tells petitioner to do everything the defendant wants! Refuses to help petitioner. Has even told petioner to do something that will cause petuoner to go to jail! Worst "attorney" you could hire. $75,000.00 in the hole and not even half way done with divorce! HORRIBLE! BE WAREMarble Law

1 starMy account was cancelled against my request, and I was charge almost 3000 and literally no work was done over 2 months along with no updates until I reached out a couple times. This is absurd as I was told I could transfer to a new legal team with no additional fees. Never got the information on a new attorney, went on a cruise and came back to my current legal team requesting a conference almost two weeks after transfer request when theyve not tried to contact me in over two months and a cancellation by marble with a nearly 3000 bill for NOTHING! I would never suggest them to anyone and I shouldve listened to the other reviews who said DO NOT USE THEM because THEY SCAM.Marble Law

1 starThis is not only a scam, it's criminal. These sick individuals take advantage of people during what is already a stressful time, promising this and that. They will get a smooth talking attorney to call and sell you on their scam and fraud, the attorney that calls you usually is the one who takes your "case" or really money. Once they got that money, it's radio silence. First appearance a No Show. Almost lost my 7 year old son in family court. Had to defend myself. Luckily I was smart enough to handle that. They have no intention of ever coming through. In fact if it's a criminal case, you will lose not only your money but your freedom. Because rest assured they probably wouldn't show either. I will be filing a civil suit against this quack shack law service. It is quite the racket. DO NOT retain this company you will be very sorry, and get fleeced from your money. In fact the ******************* should take a strenuous look at this fraud of a company. Now, their lack of services I as said have to file a civil suit, and with everything else I have on my plate it's very disappointing. I should be dealing with my divorce and most important my 7 year old. Who is more important than any amount of money or property. Shame on you Marble. 1 star**** ****** 9-9-24 **Marble Law Firm** Dear "To Whom It May Concern"I am writing to formally request a refund of the fees I have paid to Marble Law due to the inadequate and unprofessional service I have received regarding my fiance immigration case. Despite retaining your firm over a year ago, my application has not been submitted to the immigration authorities, which is a clear failure to deliver the services I was promised.Specifically, I am concerned about the following:1. **Failure to Submit Application**: Despite the considerable time that has passed, my immigration application remains unfiled. This delay has caused significant anxiety and has jeopardized my fianceimmigration status and plans.2. **Lack of Communication and Transparency**: Throughout this process, I have experienced numerous instances of poor communication. My inquiries about the status of my application were either ignored or met with vague responses that failed to provide any real updates or timelines.3. **Breach of Contract**: When I engaged Marble Law, I was assured that my case would be handled promptly and with the highest level of professionalism.
