In September 2023, I hired ****** Law for my child custody case. I provided all requested information to my appointed lawyer. However, three weeks before the hearing, I was informed that she was no longer handling my case. The new lawyer asked for all the documents again and failed to communicate her plan for the hearing in a professional manner. This lack of communication left me feeling unprepared and blindsided, as important details were not discussed or shared with me. It was disconcerting to discover that she had sent the new plan to the opposing party without informing me, giving the impression that she was working more in their favor than mine. I regretfully paid Marbel Law over $5,000, but I ended up doing most of the work myself. I am disappointed with their services and would not recommend them. It is disheartening to realize I should have hired a more competent and worthwhile professional. **************** simply took my money without delivering any results.Business Response

September 6th, 2022, I decided to hire Marble Law after speaking to Attorney ****** ****** out of *******. I thought that Brooke was going to be my lawyer, instead, ***** ******, out of ******* ***** was the lawyer they assigned to me. They charged me $**** to file a petition of contempt for my ex-husband not abiding by our agreed upon custody agreement, and to file a petition for the home he is living in to be sold. It took ***** ****** 6-8 weeks to file the petition’s. I complained several times that she was consistently late to scheduled phone calls, and the 30 minute zoom hearing that I received in front of the judge, she wasn’t even prepared. The judge asked her if she was prepared and she told him no. She knew nothing about me and nothing about my case. After that hearing I was contacted by the firm to pay more money for the case management. No hearing was ever scheduled concerning the home being sold, and I had to hire another lawyer. They’re covered care is now pestering for payment. I don’t intend to pay them anymore money especially considering all the stress and heartache they’ve caused me. I talked to several customer care people in the firm, and no one ever did anything. It really seemed to be a huge scam.Business Response

A Petition was filed for ****** ****** to sell ***** *********** ****** ********* ** *****. There was never anything done concerning this petition. The Petition was only filed and it wasn’t filed correctly. I have to pay for something that wasn’t done correctly and there was no correspondence or action performed.
The petition for contempt is is still being dragged out, because the lawyer assigned was not prepared and did not act on my behalf. She didn’t even have the information correct.

I recently retained an attorney through Marble Law. When I called I was told I would need to speak with an attorney about my issue on a consultation basis to determine if this was a case they could handle. After speaking with the attorney she advised she would take the case and I was sent back to the representative at Marble Law to pay for the services. I was also informed that I would receive another call from the attorney within a few days to go over initial case strategy and documentation. Marble Law sent me a request for documentation and a questionnaire to be completed. I completed both on October 28th and sent documents a couple days after that. I received a call from the assigned co-counsel November 1 asking if I sent the documents and completed the questionnaire. I stated yes and that was the extent of the call. Lasting 1 minute per my call log. Days went by and I did not receive any other calls to discuss the details of my case. I called November 7, 2023 and a representative named ******* gave me the co-counsels email and phone number which is the number I previously called and would not connect. I told her I would wait for a call back instead of emailing her to give her time to get the message. I did not receive a call. I called Marble Law today November 13th and canceled the service. I do not feel confident the matter would be handled appropriately. After beginning the disengagement process, I was told they would review and approve a refund after reviewing what work had been done if any. Thats concerning. I havent spoken to my attorney so what work could be started? I then received a vile phone call from the assigned attorney accusing me of not emailing her even though I had her contact. She then asked AGAIN if I uploaded documents and completed the questionnaire. I told her I have already canceled my service and to not contact me any further. I want this matter reviewed and my money refunded so that I can retain another attorney.Business Response

Contacted Marble Law so I can regain custody of my son. Marble law told me that they needed a deposit of $600 and $100 a month to do my case. I sent them $600 and have made a monthly payments and every time I email or call I get no response. I get a recording that says there is a 2 to 3 day waiting time to receive a call back. And still nothing! Im out almost $1,000 and not one phone call has been made to me at all. I want a refund so I can go to a REAL LAW FIRM that wont scam a father tryin to get his child back.Business Response

I was kept in the dark during the whole divorce process. I've never received and update still to this day. No paperwork for me to understand the things that where done in court. No guidance or peace of mind of any kind. I actually was so stressed out because I had to loan ***** dollars for legal representation but wound up not getting help anyway. I only spoke to the lawyer a handful of times, he would usually call the day before or even an hour before court. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I started buisness with marble law and set up paying them monthly it's a divorce case they did file the divorce in Cobb county ** but then they call me and tell me I owe another $1000 To file final papers so this time I went through their finance company and paid the $1000 no one has contacted me lawyer will not call me back but yet all they want is me to make a payment on first part be glad to pay if they would get my case moving or give me some updates this marble law is a mmessBusiness Response

Marble is a scam I wished I would have seen these reviews before giving them any money. Paid the initial $50 for them to collect information and give me a estimate for how they could help. The offered me a service for $2000 to complete my divorce. After paying $600 on 10/31 they said they would only file the petition and not the final divorce decree. So I canceled on 11/1 once I confirmed that this was all they were doing. They were supposed to call me back 3 days later with my refund however I ended up calling them back and was told that I would only be refund $150. They are claiming that the lawyer was able to do $450 in the time that I cancelled. I asked for the work that the lawyer supposedly did and have received nothing. In September I hired Marble Law of ***** to enforce an order for custody issues. Upon hiring them, the lawyer they assigned to me had already charged me for services that were never needed, and I was never refunded for those. I decided to cancel less than a week from hiring them to enforce an order, and they only did a partial refund. Of 4,600$ instead of the full 5,000$ for services that were never provided. When I asked for a detailed overview of what I was charged with. They never responded except to say sorry you feel its unfair they have everything documented via email and through their customer portal.Business Response

I hired this Firm to help with legal matters, after getting all the documents in the legal preceding My case changed. I was quoted a new price, and paid the additional fees for the change of work. Once the proceedings got started, Their attorney cut off contact. The week before the hearing the attorney did not answer my calls to discuss the case, going so far as to Hang Up on my call that they accidently picked up. An hour prior to the hearing they called to inform me that they did not order the court reporter, and to tell me that on their own. They filed a motion that would delay the judgement. Now that the courts are ready to hear us again, they refused to move forward with my case, and the attorney assigned has withdrawn from my case. I was never informed that they would only provide representation on one part of the pleadings and not the entire case i had assumed I was hiring them for. Unless I pay them more money. I showed them they contract they provided, but they refuse to do the work moving forward. Now I need to re-start the process with a new law firm.Business Response

I paid for an Attorney Consultation and no one called. I believe this company is not legitimate. I want a refund. There is no one anserwing the phone.
