    The variety of stores is exceptional, and it is very convenient to order online. The quality of the produce, in particular, is superior to that seen in most supermarkets. The delivery time slots are extensive. Support is very responsive on the rare occasion that there is an error. Mercato is a great way to learn about participating Reading Terminal and other local vendors.

    ***** vendors good service. Began using during pandemic and now find their online ordering almost indispensible. In particular, **************** Farmstand Meats, which has wonderful customer service, helpful cooking advice and excellent products. Only problem was reaching Marcato main offices when problem occured with an expired credit card. Took quite a while to straighten out and had to start a new account to use for about a month. But service from local vendors via Mercato is reliable and excellent.

    It's extremely convenient to be able to place large food orders and then pick them up once they are ready. The only inconvenient aspect is the app does not offer good search capability for in-store items. As an example, I wanted some ****** crackers. The app only pulled up cinnamon ****** crackers even though plain ones were available in the store. I do still love the convenience of this app though.
