    I used Mercato for grocery delivery because I am waiting for knee surgery and cannot shop on my own. I told them that I was new to the service. I was sent to their service via C-Town online delivery service and it was my first time using them. I made a small error in my delivery address, but immediately contacted Mercato with the correct information. They confirmed they would redeliver, but instead delivered to the wrong address twice.When I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with automated responses and customer service **** who seemed either untrained or unwilling to help. A ***resentative promised a refund, which I never received. When I called back to follow up, another *** hung up on me and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.After several days of getting nowhere, I was forced to go to my bank to dispute the $75 charge. Mercatos disorganized process and lack of accountability are not just disappointingtheyre damaging to people like me who rely on delivery for essential needs.Desired Outcome:I want Mercato to address their lack of accountability and poor customer service standards. I also urge them to improve their refund process for undelivered goods. Their treatment of customers relying on them out of necessity is unacceptable, and they need to train live customer service ***resentatives or make the steps clear and easy. I was ***eatedly told what they couldn't do, but never given help to get my money back or to get delivery and I was the one who had to do all the follow up. Please do not let unknowing people have to deal with this.
