            [Order #*****] (January 24, 2024 I sold my diabetic supplies to TwoMoms. Though the website shows they accept the items I sent them, I was told via email that they don't and they adjusted the amount I was to receive by $56. I emailed them requesting these items back since the claim to not purchase them and their response was that they do not return items. So not only will they not pay me, they will keep them.? I can use the supplies for myself instead of them keeping them.

            I have used them 1 time prior to this and have had no issues I did my research and considering they have only had 9 complaints in 3 years and only 2 in the past year I think they must be doing something right lol I have experienced some issues with other companies however they were not BBB accredited they have an A- rating which is impressive and I hope to continue doing business with them in the future i have a current shipment delivered to them Jus Thursday 1/25/24 and was already sent payment 1/26/24 in the evening I have one more package awaiting processing and will most likely see payment for that on Mon 1/29/24 I hope customers will continue to give them a chance their prices are fair and as they have said Im their replies they are very clear as to the policy and terms that we as the customer have to agree with upon choosing to conduct business with them best of luck ?? 2 moms keep us updated and keep up the great work
