  My credit rating with the big three reporting services all have me at 850 credit rating. It has been this way for 15 years. Somehow this company got authorized to report credit on people with no valid reason. Their credit score gave me a rating of 630. ************ uses. them in their system for credit checks and they completely derailed my ability to get financing from them. There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company and if anyone knows about one that exist, I will surely jump on it.. there is no way to talk to someone on the phone to discuss this matter. In the meantime I will have to wait to hopefully receive a letter explaining how they came by this decision.

  This company is a sham. It will not allow you to talk to a real person, and it's system is so screwed up that unless you can manage it's maze of requirements, the person is left with a dead end. Their credit rating info is so outdated and fraudulent that even though you have a credit score of 850, they say your score is in the low 600's. The claim my phone number and address is not the same location and wont even explain how they came to this conclusion. The company that uses them, ********************* must be a subsidiary because you cannot access them by phone either. I can only hope my credit rating has not been destroyed by these scammers who use bad info .

  I applied for a car loan in May 2025. Even though I was approved through a different lender, I received and adverse reaction letter from sage stream LLC. Upon receiving this letter and noticing that my credit score was almost 200 points below with the big three report I was concerned. Upon trying to contact them online and by phone and not being able to reach anybody made me even more concerned. The reasons for adverse decision work not at recent address long enough, phone number area code from recent address to far apart. What does this even mean? For I have had my phone number for almost 9 years and I have been at my location for almost the same amount of time. This company provides faults and fraudulent information, does not address any complaints, nor does its customer service answer its phone during its stated business hours, nor return any messages left for anybody through US mail or phone. There are several complaints for this company in 3 years and there are no satisfactory resolutions to any of these cases. It just feels to me that this company tries to placate the consumer. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB even though they are not an accredited company with them, and with the federal government through the Fair credit act. Please avoid all companies that deal with this company. For they will ruin your credit and life if given the chance. They run over your privacy rights, sell your information, and do not care. By reading the reviews and complaints left on this company you will find there are many unresolved complaints. Upon for the research you will also find that there has been many filed court cases against this company. So please consumer beware and check your credit reports with the big three and make sure everything is accurate as it should be reported by law. If it not done so please act and don't sit back and let it ride. Companies like this do not deserve to ruin your life.

  The only reason I give a 1 star review is theres nothing lower I can use. Applied for a car loan and as is pretty normal the credit app was sent to several lenders. This particular lender pulled a report from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and SageStream LLC. This particular lender could not access Experian or TU and used only Equifax and SageStream LLC.. The score from SageStream was so low, 300 points less than the others, that I was denied the loan based on the information. Didnt matter in this instance as I got the loan at an excellent intrested rate and on my terms but I can see how this could affect future plans. SageStream seems to be an incompetent reporting agency and in the future I will steer clean of any company that uses SageStream I have any indication that they will use SageStream.

  This company should be shut down. They report inaccurate information about consumer's credit history based on BS. While I was not harmed by it, I know many others probably are. Their model supposedly used my phone number history (have had the same # since the phone number portability laws were enacted in 2003. The report stated they rated my credit score by 225 points lower than the 3 major agencies based on "Limited history for consumer at this phone", "Time since most recent revolving account established". Total BS. I have a flawless credit history and low debt, with extremely responsible credit habits.Seems like they routinely and unjustly ding scores by 200+ points and malign people who are excellent credit consumers. Any lending institutions that use them must not want business. Outrageous and should have a class action lawsuit against them. Anyone interested?

  I was recently denied a car loan from ********* based solely on a credit score that was 200 points lower than my real credit scores supplied by Sage Stream LLC, which I've never heard of prior to getting an auto loan rejection letter. A different bank did extend financing using scores from the other credit score companies that everybody has heard of. Sage Stream has indicated my score was 569 when my credit scores from the three reputable credit score agencies are all in the mid-700s. My wife was the co-applicant and her scores are all in the low 800s! They gave her a score of 620!Sage Stream says that I have a limited history at my current address... I've lived here at same place for 18 years! and that I was associated with phone changes... I've had the same phone numbers for 25 years.I guess my only recourse is to try and freeze my Sage Stream score if other companies besides ********* are going to use this disreputable company to check the crazy low score they give me.

  i just read through some of the reviews and i agree with all the negatives that have been said about this BS credit agency. i dont understand how a supposedly reputable bank would subscribe to such a bad service, it puts them in a bad light.i had a credit app submitted to the big three and this POS (sagestream). the credible agencies (and my banks) rated me at 840+. This ********** assesses me at 713 - citing limited history at this phone (i have had this number for more than 10 yrs), length of residence too short (i have been at the same address since 2003).wake up Ally - why are you using such an obvious s**** up for your credit assessments? i hope you read these reviews, they are indicating a really bad actor in the credit reporting space.

  Never heard of this company until received a car loan rejection letter. Shouldn't even rate 1 star. My average CR with Experian, Equifax, & Transunion is around 820. Sagestream came up with a score of 582, 238 points below average. Based on: 1) limited phone history. I've had same phone for 15+years. 2)distance between address and area code - a joke, I live in my area code. 3) limited history at address and phone - I've lived at same address for over 20 years

  I've never heard of them and they have my credit at 500 something and the other 3 agencies have it at 779. They should not be allowed to use false information. Ally used them and turned me down for a car loan. The information they ask for the get a copy is ludicrous.
