    We bought the Spec (model) home in July 2018. We had issue with the ** initially and the contractor came out several times to help fixed them. It worked OK In Nov 2022, the vent ducts in downstairs living room and dining room do not push out air for heat or **. We hired 3 ** contractors and none of them could do the work. They said they need to cut the dry wall to access the duct but they do not know where is the exact problem to cut which drywall. We contacted **** and they refused to help because it's out of warranty. We contacted the original duct work Eagle air but they do not work on non-warranty issue. We hired 2 more ** contractors who stated the same issue. They do not know the duct plan and recommend to have Eagle Air to evaluate the issue. We contacted Eagle Air again and they are willing to provide us the duct plan for our ** contractor to help us. However, they need ****** approval. We contacted **** and they refused. They told us to try our luck with our ************************* Please help us obtain the duct plan so we can fix the **/Heating system without tore down every dry wall to look for the issue.

    I will never deal with **** Homes again. A little background on me. I am a military veteran with service-connected cancer, which was diagnosed in 2019. We closed on our home in March 2020. We were not able to do a final walkthrough due to the pandemic. When we received our keys we noticed numerous line items were not done in our home. such as :missing light fixtures.missing range hood and shroud.paint and drywall issues throughout the home.cracked granite countertops.kitchen and bathroom cabinets installation errors.Missing or damaged sink skins.Also, due to the pandemic, I understand that all trades and warranty requests were postponed, which worked out to my advantage due to my being immunocompromised as well. *** and ********************* were more than accommodating and promised warranty work would be done when it was safe for trades to enter my home due to my cancer treatment and the pandemic. During the pandemic and treatment, Since we initiated the warranty work request, we have had the service tradespeople for the hood shroud (******** and GE) out at our home starting March 23rd, 2022, more than 10 times. All these attempted service requests and they have not been able to get the hood correct. The hood has been replaced, the vent opening made larger, and other issues, but the issue still persists that it has not been installed or completed correctly. It is one thing that our kitchen was incomplete for 3.5 years. It is another issue that has not been done correctly for almost the entirety of this year and to hold the trades accountable. Currently, they are holding my cancer and medical appointments against me for the reason why work is not completed. They are also telling me that my warranty is expired as of 3/19/2021 and it is my fault due to my cancer and appointments. That I need to provide give and take with them and that I should be happy they are willing to try and do anything. Im one fed-up homeowner.
