For the pass week, I was trying to order three set of joggers. There regular size 3x is the same size as there big and tall 3x. From my understanding there suppose to be different sizes. Now Im stuck with a box of Clothes I cant where and they refuse to take it back. My first and last time ordering from them.DrJays.com Response

Sorry for the confusion, unfortunately you are incorrect in your understanding. 3X is Big and Tall, and is not listed as anything otherwise. horrible customer service. selling mislabeled items and refusing to return them only a few days after receiving them. attempted to return them through *** and was told the shipping was going to cost more than I paid for the mislabeled items. tried to contact them about getting a refund just to be told I'm completely responsible regardless of the mislabeled items. do not buy from them.DrJays.com Response

Order I'd number ******* in the amount of ****** USD. 4 items purchased online Oct ***** with 2 day shipping. Product said delivered but I never received it. I called Dr.**** spoke to costumer rep who put in an investigation and claim for refund. Told me to wait for email on the 9th. Today is the 9th I woke up to an email from the claims department with 2 emails one was a supposed proof of delivery from *** which provided no signature no picture or note ... It just states the delivery timing and my address along with a tracking number.First I ordered 4 outfits for a child for the price of 189.99$. I also paid an extra 37.99$ for 2 day shipping. In total I spent ******$ online at dr.jays.com October 24th. They were regular clothes. I never received my package not even a notice. Okay and I live in a building. They either drop packages at my door or outside the building. I saw nothing got nothing. My neighbor brings my package to me if she catches the mail man herself. She claims to have not received anything or she would be at my door. I called dr.****... they said to wait on their claims department. Today is Nov. 9th. I just received my claim. The first document just states that *** delivered it to my door properly and denied ********* The second one is a basic email telling me because of the claim they can't help me any further. I replied to them after calling customer rep again who told me to reply to the email. I told them I want a refund to the original form of payment. I do not understand how my money just disappeared like that and I don't even have what I purchased. They're just taking money ... In ridiculous amounts. And claim they can't do anything if the package goes missing which I know they can. The online shopping is a scam save your money and go into a store or a company who cares about you as a consumer. I would like a refund to it's original form of payment and will never shop online again at Dr.****.DrJays.com Response

I placed an order with Dr. **** for a teenage boy present (he requested the items). Within hours of placing the order on line (I had to include my phone number), my cell phone number was hacked. I've had this number for probably 15 years and this has never happened. 3 days later, I'm still getting calls from all over the country saying my number called them. Those calls, of course, are not in my history of calls. Calling ******* but I think the only thing I can do is change my number. After reading reviews on line, there is no point in contacting the company.It will be curious to see if I receive the merchandise.DrJays.com Response

I recently purchased some clothing from Dr.Jay's online clothing store The sizes I purchased were listed as 3XL and 2XL on their online website. I am fully aware that different designers have different sizes; however mis-labeled product that is obviously Medium and Large is not ethical. Every company has a quality control section that monitor the proper sizes before sending it to a customer. I explained this to the customer service representative that those products were nowhere near the way the true size of 2XL or 3XL. The representative said no problem and told me to mail the products back which I did and paid for it. I received my refund for the returned shirts; However I didn't refund for the shipping cost I paid to and from the company Dr.Jay's. I conversed via email to the customer service person Mrs. ****** B letting her know I didn't get reimbursed for the shipping cost. ****** B stated that their company will only give a refund if it's an error on their part. I relied to her that this is your company fault because the shirts are mislabeled so that warrant my shipping cost. Why should I, the customer be responsible for paying for shipping from and to your company if a mistake is done on your part. I didn't put the labels on your products. I asked ****** B do your company not have a quality control department that inspect the shirts before packing them? If so I didn't hire them you did. It is unfair to a customer to have to pay for a mishap done on your part. If it was a true 2XL or 3XL I would understand however these shirts are Medium and Large. If your quality controller fault to do their job and mislabeled shirts it's the company problem ie"You Problem" and not the customer problem. Me as a customer did what I was supposed to do pay for the product to come. Why should you, Dr.Jay's be allowed to keep my shipping cost if a mistake was done on your part. Please explain it to me? I have been a customer for years of drjays. For a long time I had no complaints until now. They only use *** and ****** Up till now, these companies held packages for pick up as practice as any standard delivery company would do. Now though, the company policies have proven that they don't care about peoples packages, not requiring signatures for delivery and creating a situation where theft is prevalent. So businesses like DrJays, instead of seeing the need to utilize a good service like **** (that requires signatures and actually holds packages), ***** it's customer relationships by jacking up shipping costs and using substandard shipping services like *** and ****** You should be ashamed of yourselves.DrJays.com Response
