              I bought a tv from Best Buy and after a few months the screen stopped working so I contacted Toshiba and they sent a guy out who deemed it unable to be fixed and they sent me a new tv. In the meantime I had already bought myself a replacement tv since it took a month to get this new one. Once I got the new tv I put it in my downstairs and waited to hire someone to hang it, that was about a month later. I left the tv in the box and had not opened it until they came to hang it. They took it out of the box and the screen was completely ruined. There were scratches all Over it and even spider web scratches. We just put the tv back in the box and never even took the film off of it. I sent in an email about his with all the pictures and they told me they were not going to do anything because I waited 30 days to open the box. But this was the replacement tv so that is so messed up that they wont fix the broken one they sent.

              I lease a Printer through Toshiba, My business closed down. I called Toshiba right away and notified them of the business closing. I was on auto pay, Toshiba keeps trying to collect from an account that has been closed for months now. The *** who I spoke with said that she will not removing my auto pay information until I pay the outstanding balance, if Toshiba never followed up on their end. I am not responsible for these charges. I asked the *** for us find a solution and she refused to do so. I need for Toshiba to fix is issue. Together hopefully we can find a solution.
