1 starThey offer a high interest savings rate, but offer a "new" product each time there's a rate hike, leaving customers to earn lower rates unknowingly under sunsetted products they no longer offer. Heres a rough timeline of accounts:Aug. 9 - Sept. 20, 2022: UFB *************** and UFB Rewards Money Market.Sept. 21 - Nov. 7, 2022: UFB ************* and UFB Elite Money Market.Nov. 8 - Dec. 13, 2022: UFB ***************** and UFB High Rate Money Market.Dec. 14, 2022 - Feb. 21, 2023: UFB ************ and UFB Best Money Market.Feb. 22 - April 12, 2023: UFB ***************** and UFB Preferred Money Market.April 13 - July 18, 2023: UFB *************** and UFB Premier Money Market.July 19, 2023: UFB **************** and UFB Priority Money Market.THESE ARE ALL THE EXACT SAME THING!!!! -They should automatically convert you to the new product, or act like a real bank and offer the savings interest to existing customers. I have reported them to the *****UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starThis company gets no stars. They are holding my money hostage. Their website and app do not work and the customer service is horrendous. I have been trying for over a month to gets my money from them and close the account and they keep giving me the run around. They should be investigated for fraud. How do you not allow individuals to access their funds nor keep track of their transactions. If i could give not starts i would.UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starThis bank needs to be investigated. Seems like like lure multiple people with their easy online banking and then make it impossible for you to access your own money. They need to be investigated.UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starI use to like UFB bank. They are owned by axles. The customer service wasn't great but their interest rate was decent and I kept the **** insured *** and then slowly started to have problems with them so I slowly Il began to move money away from that bank. My last $75k transaction failed. They emailed me stating it failed and for me to contact the customer service which I I did. All they could tell me was that there was a server error and I should try again which I have now scheduled to take place for tomorrow and hopefully it will work this time However I don't fool around with banks..I submitted a complaint to the office of the comptroller and also the cfpb. I will likely have my money by the time to complaint is heard by both governing agencies but if you having any complaint with UFB (which is owned by AXOS) then I would immediately contact the office of the comptroller hotline . The *** also had an email and let them know. It may take a while but the more we complain about ***** like this the more they will be ridiculed by the office of the controller and federal agencies. My money is out of there for good I would never go back thereUFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starThis company is a nightmare. I have been jumping through trying to get my money out for weeks. They won't transfer it to my bank, even though they never had a problem receiving transfers FROM my bank and I had followed all of their instructions regarding linking it and then having to unlink and relink and even after it's verified they still come up with "errors" and then don't even bother notifying you when they cancel a transfer. Okay, I'll get their ATM card. Except that it doesn't work. At ANY ATM even though they are all on the provided ATM map. They all tell me to contact my financial institution who then tells me, "must be the ATMs. All good on our end" Well clearly, it *isn't* all good on your end! Their chat feature is useless and half the time will tell you that your account doesn't exist(?!), their "customer service" agents send you canned responses no matter what you are trying to explain to them I have been on the phone with them multiple times only to get disconnected every time, not that they will help anyway. Will basically give you ZERO options for help and will be like there's nothing they can do. Nothing they can do for me to able to get money back put of my account(?!) And no supervisor or anyone to else to speak to. Just nope, they don't have them. Sorry there's nothing we can do and no one else here who can help you either. After reading other experiences about them online I just filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial ****************** Hopefully that might get something done. Yesterday I finally asked to close my account, which costs $10 for them to send you a check, fine whatever, I will do anything to get away from them. Not even holding my breath for the check though as they refuse to give any kind of written confirmation that I will receive it. Won't email chat transcripts when you're done (they offer, but won't). Won't email transfer confirmations. They don't want a paper trail of anything because they are a SCAM. Run away.UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starI opened a savings account with *** direct in 2019. *** direct closed my account without my permission or even contacting me. I had direct deposits set up for my *** direct account and they were returned to my original bank. I did an online chat with *** representative, and they claimed they closed the account because it was "inactive". The only reason it was "inactive" was because *** closed the account! I tried calling the **** number on the *** website and a medical sales company answered my call! If you don't buy the device they are selling then they hang up on you! This is a SCAM. Beware of *** scams because there may be others.UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

5 starsAlthough I wasn't offered a debit card as some of the advertisements lead me to believe, I have received 5% interest on my savings account since depositing my ******* months ago. This has been wonderful. I just sold my house and am shopping for a new one. I am receiving thousands of dollars in the interim time.My local bank ***** Fargo does not provide meaningful interest rates, so it was a no brainer to transfer the funds. Since selling my home my money has sat in a UFB Bank account with FDIC protection. I have been getting excellent dividends on this decision. Would recommend anyone who is going to leaving a sizeable sum of money in their savings account longer than a month to very seriously consider UFB as the BEST option with the BEST rate.I am currently lining up my mortgage through ********* and am happy with the process and rates. No complaints from a very happy customer.Review fromAmanda C

1 starI tried to connect my external Chase account the page kept closing on the submission step, I sent a message about it, took a week they gave me instructions I couldn't follow. I messaged again I was still having problems while waiting for them to respond I went to the Chase website and tried connecting the accounts from there and made a transfer on the first try. Support messaged me said it looked like my accounts were connected and I made the transfer so all good. I decided to just make all my transfers from the Chase app. After I had gotten interest on the transfers I got an email from Chase on 4/21 that all my transfers were canceled and my accounts were disconnected. I called Ufb, they said my accounts weren't properly connected, it was flagged as suspicious activity and they mailed me a check I argued that made no sense why wouldn't they just direct deposit the money back to Chase instead of mailing me a check of money they weren't sure was mine. *** just kept repeating they were mailing me a check, then threw in that my account had been restricted and told me I needed to submit a paper statement from ***** for proof, I had already sent in a digital statement and was not told that was wrong. while waiting for my statement my deposit arrived in my Chase account no check ever came to me and on 4/24 without informing me before or after they closed my account with 5k still in it. I called and they once again told me they were mailing me a check, after it didn't arrive I called repeatedly first they told me to keep waiting then they said it was mailed to Chase not me and to wait longer for processing, then finally I find out they put the wrong account number on the check somehow with 8 extra numbers. they send me an agreement to sign to get a new check I have to agree that I lost the check, if they pay me and the check gets cashed i have to pay my money back and that they are not liable. I didn't lose the check they did but they have told me that is my only optionUFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starUFB-Direct should stop being so defensive and take seriously these numerous customer complaints. Why should take 4 to 12 days for ACH deposits to be credited into UFB-DIRECT accounts? Why?If one takes into account the lost interest payments due to these deliberate delays by UFB-DIRECT, one would be better off banking with other institutions that pay 2.5% less APR than UFB-DIRECT.Enough of the defections and belittling valid customer complaints!UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

1 starAvoid this bank completely!Warning: when you transfer money in, they will set a $3000 dollar limit on your external transfer so you can't get your money out easily. And they make it very hard to increase this limit to "protect the safety of your account". The only way to increase this limit is through security message, and they didn't response it in days. Even when they did, they tried to say something else and ignored the request. The customer service is a joke. There's this automatically thing which couldn't resolve anything. Then when asked to transfer to a real person, even the real person doesn't have authority to solve any issue.UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank
