I payed to have my motorcycles shipped it was picked up on the 19 and supposed to be delivered on 28 of April. On the 28th I contacted the company and was passed around 2-3 different people that were apparently suppose to finish the shipping but not one of these individuals would help me. one advised they do not ship motorcycles and the others have not being answering there phone. I reached back out and requested a manager look into the issue and I have yet to hear back and this was on the 28th. No one seems to know where my bike is and no one wants to help me find it.Business response

The service to transport my car from *******, Canada to *************, ** was booked March 1,2021 via faxing of requested documents. My Cashiers check for the $ **** fee was mailed to the Company March 2,2021. The Company advertised that delivery would take between 10 and 14 days.After two weeks went by, I asked ******, their person who arranged the business, for a progress report on my car shipment. Her reply was that my car had already been picked up at my residence in *******, and was on the truck in the Northern ***. This was not true since my key holder in ******* still had my key and the car had NOT been picked up yet.The best she could do was to tell me that the car might be delivered to me in CA by early April, which was too late, and a whole month instead of their 10 to 14 days they advertised. This was not satisfactory, so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund in mid March. ****** asked for my address which she had and said said a refund would be sent.It is now a MONTH since my request and they have still NOT sent me the refund. This Company has been dishonest in all aspects of this business, and I want my refund sent.Initial Complaint

Shipper refuses to pick up my motorcycle after I paid $700. The motorcycle was supposed to be picked up on 428, it is now 510 and it still has not been picked up. They will not give me any information.Business response

Hi:
We did communicate with *********************. He was aware that we were experiencing a shortage of skids in ******* and as such, were delayed in loading our booked motorcycles. This shortage was due to a substantial increase in volume resulting from the removal of Covid restrictions. We are currently working to reduce the backlog.
On 5/18, ********************* was issued a full refund to his credit card and his shipment was cancelled. I apologize that we were not able to provide service this time round to ********************* but possibly we can get one of your future shipments covered.
