This business is operating under a deliquent license with the *** and the owner, ****** and his employee, ****** do not take accountability for their mistakes.I came in and told them I believed I had a leak from the water pump and I had the parts to replace. They did a diagnostic and called me and told me it was multiple heater hoses. I authorized the repair and during that repair they damaged the fire wall for my heater core rendering it useless and called me and told me my heater core was leaking and damaged. My heater core never had a leak, they just damaged it in replacing the heater hoses. They gave me my car back with a broken heater core and it was still leaking. I brought it back to them and they said "we don't want to work on your car it's too much of a liability". At first they said my car was too old, then they said it was rusted. They said "it actually is your water pump," but they didn't want to do the repair. ****** said "we aren't ****************** that's why I'm referring you somewhere else". When I went to pick up my vehicle I called the shop at 4:45 to ask if it was ready to be picked up and nobody answered. ****** called me at 5:03 right when they closed and said, "Everything is in the car and the keys are on the tire" I said I would be there in 5 minutes. He said he had to go and left my car there, with the keys, without my authorization. I tried to settle this dispute with the owner to pay for replacing my heater core but he does not want to take accountability for the damage the technicians have done to my vehicle. I went to a reputable shop and got it repaired and a quote for a heater core repair and sent it to ******, the owner.I sent ****** a demand letter and told him I would go to the ***, BBB, small claims, and post my reviews if he didn't take accountability. ****** did not care and told me to go ahead. Stay away from this shop.
