      ,**** (Shop Manager), ********************* (Store Manager), and *************************, (The Owner), of Quik Auto Center, dba Stereo Outlet. *********************************************************************** is the worst Auto Shop in *****************. They are modern day crooks and unethical in every aspect of their business practices. They are guilty of price gouging, charging for services not rendered, charging for merchandise that they don't install, changing parts without informing the customer. They do not take responsibility for damages that that cause. And when it is plainly obvious that they have damaged a vehicle they do not repair it correctly with OEM parts. They damaged the **** FLOW SENSOR (BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PLUG IT BACK IN WHEN THEY INSTALLED THE COLD AIR INTAKE) THEY DID NOT REPAIR IT CORRECTLY BY INSTALLING A NEW ONE . THEY TRIED TO REWIRE IT AND FRIED THE *** ON MY *** , WHICH THEY DIDN'T REPLACE EITHER .THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS UNTIL I PRESSED THEM TO GET MY *** BACK . IT WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE ONE DAY TO COMPLETE THE **** IT TOOK THREE WEEKS, DURING WHICH THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE CONDITION AND STATUS OF MY *** THEY DAMAGED MY *** AND THEY WITHHELD ME FROM SEEING MY **** IT COST ME ****** CASH. AND THE ONLY WAY THAT I COULD GET IT WAS TO PAY BEFORE I SAW THE **** WHEN I SAW THE *** I WAS APPALLED AS SOON AS THEY STARTED THE *** I SMELLED GAS EVERY LIGHT ON THE **** WAS ON AND THE *** RAN WORSE THAN IT DID BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH THE *** BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE. NONE!! I SIMPLY WANTED TO UPGRADE TO ENHANCE THE PERFORMANCE OF MY **** THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. THEY DAMAGED MY ***, LIED, MISLEAD ME., UPSOLD ME. DURING THOSE THREE WEEKS THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD HAVE MY GIRLFRIEND APPLY FOR CREDIT TO BE APPLIED TO MY BILL. SHE GOT APPROVED FOR ******. THEY UPSOLD ME TO THE TUNE OF $13,800 AND THEN AT THE LAST MINUTE SAID THAT THE LOAN WASN'T APPROVED AND SAID I MUST PAY $****** IN CASH. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME SEE MY ****UNTIL AFTER I PAID IN FULL TBC
