I have all 3 of my vehicles serviced at Hai's. I was in the automotive parts manufacturing world for over 20 years. From shop owners, to service writers, to technicians I've been in hundreds of repair shops in *******************. Hai's is a cut above the average shop in their customer focus, satisfaction and quality of work. ***** is awesome - quick, knowledgable and honest. His communication sets the standard for professionalism and care.An example?I had my car recently for service. The hood was up, outside and a homeless person became angry and slammed my hood - damaging the hood (dent) and mounts where the hood lifts connect to the hood and body. Fenders and hood on both sides dented. The car needed body work, paint and it had to blend with existing color.***** could have said "jeez, I'm sorry, it wasn't my fault, the homeless guy did it." He could have said that - and told me to have my insurance take care of it. But he didn't. What he said is "you're my customer, your car was in my shop and I feel responsible for it - I will get your car repaired and take care of it." THAT'S service above and beyond and I truly appreciate how he acknowledged the problem, took ownership of it and followed though to completion! Hai's Auto Repair #2 is my kind of shop - not a lot of razzle dazzle, glitz, or glamour - just a team of hardworking owners, managers and technicians that take care of their customers.
