    I pay for my wheels almost 3 months ago and tell now no one call and I call your guys ************************************************************************************************************************* this is cheapest company customer service I see in my life and looks like stealing money from people when I pay and wants to order she tell me in weeks you will receive your order this is cheating i will put all paperwork and documents in ****** add and your guys website to everyone now how your guys play games arund.

    Ordered was a set of *** Sema wheels on 7/22/25; the wheel description was as shown:Satin Black / Wheel Size: 17x7.5 / Bolt Pattern: 6x139 / Offset: +30 / Fits all ****** 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, Tacoma, and Pre Runner rims / *** Style / Price includes (4) wheelscomplete set.I received the wheels on 7/31/25, not in 3-5 days as stated. Received were 4 Satin Blk, 17x8 with a +5mm offset, not the 17x7.5 with a +30mm offset, which had been ordered. The picture of the wheel shows the center hubcap with the *** lettering, but the wheels arrived without the lettering. I contacted custom service numerous times to request the exchange of the proper wheels that I had ordered, only to be told that someone would be in contact either by phone or email, to no avail. I was told that someone from mamangement would be reaching out; I never contacted. At one point, I was told that management had approved the retuned shipping labels and that they would be emailedthey were never sent. I was also given the direct phone number to the manager, a number that turned out to be invalid.I recommend that if you are looking at purchasing wheels, you consider a different website.

    The service from this company is the worst I've ever experienced. It's been 2 months and nobody has returned my call on the status of the paid order for my rims. I guess I may consider the money I.paid as money down the drain.

    How do I report these people to the BBB? This should be illegal to advertise, take money , never get the product, and no answer on why I havent received it. How do I report getting ripped off like this?

    This is very bad company, no one should purchase wheels from them, they dont answer the phone most of the time, ive been waiting on two rims that i returned for almost two months, this is the worst.

    Ordered wheels almost a month ago. Told was going to have them in 3-5 business days. Weeks went by , no tracking info , no returned phone calls or emails. Left dozens of messages explaining the importance of my purchase. Paid over $1,000. Still have heard nothing back after leaving numerous voicemails etc. Im infuriated with this experience. May want to look into this if they are on BBB !!

    As the other reviews state below, false advertising and horrible customer service. I ordered a set of rims from them and they said it would fit my X7 as per the website and them, but unfortunately they do not at all. Discount Tire has tried to think of other possible solutions to try and make the rims fit but to no avail....I have emailed them 5x so far with no response and now stuck with rims I cannot use and I have to try and resell on the side to recoup some of my losses.

    I purchased a set of rims on December 29, 2023. I started following up on my order on January 29, ************************************************************ that they are thankful for my order. I tried chatting through the chat feature on their site, I called, I emailed, I left countless messages finally after all that I spoke to someone on 2/1 who advised me that my order would ship no later than 2/5 and that it is intransit from the mfg today is 2/13 and per my convo with CS I would receive my order no later than 2/12. At this point I rather do business else where and would like to cancel my order. They need us we dont need them we can shop anywhere we want doing business with them is a choice not an obligation and at this point I am ready to discontinue communication and doing any and all business with them. Sad thing is I ordered tires for my rims which came middle of January they have been sitting around collecting dust and taking up valuable space. I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge if I dont hear anything from them by tomorrow afternoon. A low price is not always the best price. Great prices need to complimented by outstanding customer service and communication.

    Roughly 38 days ago, I purchased product from said auto customz Product came to heavily damaged. I have a literally been fighting tooth and nail for a refund or even an exchange. At this point as if the date I have not received any correspondence on their behalf to dispute, has been been taken up with ******. Whom states do you have made numerous attempts with the third-party vendor with no results

    I ordered a set of 4 wheels from AutoCustomz.com in August of 2023. They have great prices and a nice selection of wheels, but their customer service is terrible. I lost a center cap for one of the wheels that I purchased. I called over a dozen times looking for a replacement part, left countless email messages, opened chat sessions, that no one responds to, and left over 10 voice-mail messages without a single response. I've come to assume that they don't care about their past customers and just want to sell more wheels to new and unaware buyers. I sent messages and told them that if I didn't hear back I would leave a negative review and they still didn't reach out. It's been 5 months and I still have a missing center cap and no one else can provide that part but them. I will probably have to buy a 5th wheel just to get a center cap. It's a horrible way to treat a customer and I won't be ordering more wheel sets from AutoCustomz.com unless they make this right.
