i purchased the Rims on july the 30th and the order number #**** was sent to my email with a thank you purchase confirmation at 8:11 am and it said (We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.) and it shows that my account was debited for the $1,399,00 for the rims on july the 31st. on their sight it says ( We ship every business day via *** or ***** (At sellers discretion), orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business day of purchase.) and ( Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the **** are within 5 days.We cannot guarantee arrival times, but we try to be as accurate as possible when we provide you with your tracking number.). I never received a tracking number or anything so on july the 1st at 8:44 am I sent a message checking on the arrival of the rims and at 3:14 pm I got response asking for the order number for them to check this for me and at 3:48 pm I supplied them with order number #****. no response and tried calling there number no answer on numerous times. emailed again on the 6th of august at 11:03 asking for an update on order #**** and got response asking at 12:24 pm for me to provide the order number when it was already sent in last email. at 12:25 pm I responded with the order number again. I finally got through to someone on the phone at 1;25 pm on the 6th and they couldn't tell me but put me on hold to reach out to the warehouse to see the status of it and came back and told me they would have to get back with me once the warehouse responds and at that time I said cancel the order and refund my money because I didn't trust them anymore and I was told that he would send that information to the warehouse and I haven't gotten any information on cancellation or refund since phone conversation and I sent another email on the 7th at 10:48 asking for an updateInitial Complaint

Made a purchase on 3/14/2024 Received my order number 3469 and 3503 for the wheel caps. Waited for two weeks and started to contact them. With no response. Continue to contact them and got through and they told me that my order will be shipped on 4/8/2024 I called back on 4/11 they said that my order was canceled. I told them that I did not call and cancel the order so they re did my order and gave me another order number. I submitted that number on their website and cant find the order anywhere. I am calling them and unable to get through to them. I emailed them use online chat and nothing. I continue to call every day and they pick up the phone and I can hear coughing and a dog barking in the background but will not answer the phone and finally hangs up after 15 minutes. Its been 39 days and havent received my order yet.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Auto Customz on 2/23/24. I paid $1299.00 for a set of ******** wheels, and $96.00 for caps that were supposed to come with the wheels. I received my wheels from them via *** on 2/29/2024, and the first box I opened, I notice a hole/crack in the rim. I made multiple phone calls, and have sent over 25 emails in regard to the damaged wheels. No one from this establishment has reached out, or contacted me back about the issue. I finally got ahold of someone named ***** 2 days later. She stated that someone else in the has to create a return and labels. I waited another 2 days, and I still have not received any response from the company. I took it upon myself to return the wheels. I paid for shipping. The wheels arrived back at their warehouse with confirmation on 3/7/2024. I spoke to ***** again on 3/7/2024 and, she told me that it would take 3-7 days to process my return shipment. This company has failed to provide adequate support or feedback for transactions. The company has ignored all 25 of my emails. Now they have $1400.00 of my money, and their product back, and will not return my calls, or emails. I have been taking advantage of by Auto Customz, and would encourage no one to do business with them. There will be legal action taken against them. I would like a full refund. I have sent multiple emails since 9:00 AM 2/29/2024, and still have not received any feedback. Please advise. Order# **** Order# ****Initial Complaint

We ordered product on June **** and also canceled the order. Affirm already paid Auto Customz $875.00. We requested a refund as we have no product since the order was cancelled. Have been getting the runaround and is now November with no refund. Called again today and was still told the same that refund was issued which it had not.Initial Complaint

I ordered rims from autocustomz.com. Two and a half weeks went by and still didnt receive information about my order. My fiance called **************. They sent her a tracking number. When they arrived last Tuesday 8/8/2023, they sent the wrong ones. Called back. They said to email pictures to verify that they are the wrong ones and they will send a return address label. My fiance has been calling everyday for the past week. They tell her youll get an email today but they dont send it. Shes asked for them to call and they dont call. This order was over $600. We either want the correct rims or a full refund
