    On 6/21/22 I placed a web order with TVServiceParts.com for Samsung part # BN95-05661A LCD/LED Display Panel for $456.40 + shipping $32.12. Same day I received a Notice of Exception email stating my order couldn't be processed due to street address not matching the AVS address on file with the credit card used. I received 8 more emails between 6/24-6/30. On 7/1 I responded the address is correct. On 7/3 I received the same Notice of Exception email. On 7/5 I called the credit card company to resolve the issue. The credit card company confirmed no issue on their end, they authorized the purchase on 6/22 & TVServiceParts.com failed to complete the transaction on their end. On 7/5 I emailed this info to the customer service emails received. That day I received confirmation the order was processed & notice of the part on backorder. I had to choose from two options; 1. Cancel the order and receive a full refund or 2. Wait for it to become available and accept a penalty of 15% if I cancel any time prior to the 60 days of my response. They said they would not proceed without my selection. I selected option 2. On 7/6 I received another Exception email stating in order to process my order I had to confirm the part ordered was correct and again had to select from two options. This time the options were 1) cancel my order with full refund or 2.) Proceed with my order with full understanding of the policy. I replied I understood the policy, confirmed the part & wanted to proceed at the price I had paid, $488.52. On 7/17 I received an email the order was cancelled due to the part no available & I would be refunded. Between 7/6 and 7/17 the company changed the online pricing twice. First by increasing shipping rates from $32.12-$50 (I purchased at) to rates of $400-$1000. Second by increasing the part price from $456 to $718. I believe they didn't want to honor the price I paid & attempted multiple times to get me to cancel- I didn't so claimed out of stock & canceled my order.

    I want to rave about the experience I had with TVserviceParts.com. On their website, I found the part I needed for a 2013 *********** I ordered the part on a Sunday, and on Monday I received communication about the part and apologies for a possible 2- to 3-day delay in getting the part from the manufacturer. (I was prepared for this.) However, by Tuesday the part was shipped, and I received it on Wednesday! I was able to install the part and get my TV up and running that night. I applaud this company for clear communication and speedy delivery!
