  I was on my way home and I saw the A2Z Water Heaters Company Truck across of Pocket Road. I just made a U-turn and talked to ****. He give me the price for the new water heater is $2800.00. I made an appointment for Friday 14. They came after 8:00AM and started the work right away. **** and **** are did an outstanding job. We really appreciate thank you very much for taking care of our water heater. **** and **** are good people you can trust to do business.

  A2Z Water Heaters did a fantastic job. I found them on the BBB Sacramento website & read the reviews & checked them out with the **** during a weekend. Called them following Monday (4/7/25) and they arrived same day, gave me a contract ********** finished the work on Wednesday (4/9/25), submitting the building permit & registering the warranty & the work was passed by the ****** inspector who came on 4/10/25(, all in the same week!!! (not usual). The *** townhome was built in 1972. My late brother in law purchased it in 2016 and it appeared per the home inspection that the water heater was never serviced during that time, plus being illegal, which **** **** (and his wonderful son-in-law, ****) confirmed. Oh, and when they picked up the water heater the bottom came off, that's how rusted it was. *** shared ******************* & info (see their website) in a folder they brought to me with the bid, and carefully explained what was wrong and how corrections would be made and they did an absolutely GREAT JOB!   Our water heater started leaking and I contacted A2Z water Heaters and spoke with **** the owner. He came out with his son in law **** the same day and gave us an estimate for a replacement, we ended up hiring them and they came out a few days later to replace it. They were very timely and very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend them and will be referring them to my friends and family for any water heater needs.

  This is hands down the best company *** worked with. Ive worked with a lot of excellent companies, but the team at A2Z Water Heaters are top notch! ****, **** and ***** were extremely friendly and answered every question I had and what was even more impressive, is I validated all of their answers to confirm that they werent giving me incorrect information. Ive already mentioned this company to many others and hope to refer to as many customers as possible.   **** and **** are awesome! They are friendly and very professional. They replaced our water heater 4 yrs ago but I found a leak, gave them a call and they came by within a few hours and fixed the leak. **** said it was a defective valve and replaced it for no charge. Its great that they stand behind their work. Thank you again for your prompt service A2Z team!

  Hearing an unusually loud noise coming from my elderly sister's water heater I discovered it was 28 years and obviously needs to be replaced. I did some research and found that A2Z Water Heaters served her area and the ratings and reviews on the BBB site were excellent. I called on Monday morning and **** answered personally and said they'd be over shortly. The job was gonna be challenging because it wasn't a normal swap out. The old installation would never meet the newer building codes so they had a lot of work to do. **** explained everything to me thoroughly. They came at 8:00 AM on Wednesday and finished by 4:00 PM. They did a first quality job and I'm very happy with the service. They take care of everything from the permits, installation, and warranty registration, hence the *** name??. This is a wonderful family owned and operated business. I highly recommend them.

  I ditto all the great reviews. **** and **** are exceptional. Having your hot water heater die unexpectedly (although probably long overdue), is not a pleasant experience! I called one day, and they were there at 8am the next morning, which was awesome! But even better than that, was the way everything was explained to me .. what was wrong about the installation .. and what they needed to do to ensure it was safe, and up to code. These two take customer service to heart. I got a new ********************** heater and had the privilege of meeting two very kind people. That put a big smile on my face.

  You will not find a more responsive, honest, and knowledgeable water heater company than A2Z Water Heaters. ****, *******, and ***** are exemplary in their expertise and customer service. In 2022, I had an issue with no hot water coming into my rental unit. **** answered my call on the weekend and came out to check out the problem. Turned out it there was a gas leak in the community and PG&E turned of the gas main. It was not a water heater problem. **** did not charge me for his time. I told him that when time did come to replace my water heater, that he had my business. Well that time came 2 years later. On a holiday. I reached out to **** and he answered (of course) and he was even on vacation at the time. He had *****, his assistant reach out to me within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with him to come out and see the problem. On a holiday. Same day he was able to verify the water heater was indeed in need of replacement. Gave me all the info I needed, sent me a quote electronically, and scheduled the replacement all in the same day. A2Z communicates all the way through the process, handles the permit requirement, schedules the follow up County required inspection and keeps the owner and tenant in the loop all the way through. The quality of the equipment and the installation is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Wish all service companies were this good. Small family owned business with integrity. They have a customer for life.
