  You will not find a more responsive, honest, and knowledgeable water heater company than A2Z Water Heaters. ****, *******, and ***** are exemplary in their expertise and customer service. In 2022, I had an issue with no hot water coming into my rental unit. **** answered my call on the weekend and came out to check out the problem. Turned out it there was a gas leak in the community and PG&E turned of the gas main. It was not a water heater problem. **** did not charge me for his time. I told him that when time did come to replace my water heater, that he had my business. Well that time came 2 years later. On a holiday. I reached out to **** and he answered (of course) and he was even on vacation at the time. He had *****, his assistant reach out to me within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with him to come out and see the problem. On a holiday. Same day he was able to verify the water heater was indeed in need of replacement. Gave me all the info I needed, sent me a quote electronically, and scheduled the replacement all in the same day. A2Z communicates all the way through the process, handles the permit requirement, schedules the follow up County required inspection and keeps the owner and tenant in the loop all the way through. The quality of the equipment and the installation is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Wish all service companies were this good. Small family owned business with integrity. They have a customer for life.

  Wow, I cant believe I missed this reviewI responded to your other ones right away, but somehow this one slipped through the cracks! Better late than never, right?

  Prompt, professional and ************************** and **** did an amazing job!! Very thorough, and handled EVERYTHING, fixing some drywall, new platform, made sure up to code and even arranged appt for inspection. They go above and beyond, highly recommend!

  I Can't say enough about A2Z Water Heaters .The pilot light would not stay lit on my 19 year old water heater so I knew it was time for a new one. I called in the evening and they showed up the following morning. *********** explained exactly what they would be doing for the installation and to bring it up to code and make it safe. I stayed out and had fun chatting with them during the installation. They take care of the permit too. When they were finished, **** reviewed the controls with my wife and I. *************** with a fair price, I have referred them to my neighbors as well. Call **** if you need a water heater, you'll be glad you did!

  My hot water failed on the holiday weekend. I called A2Z on Saturday afternoon when I discovered it had failed. I spoke with **** who answered immediately and set up an appointment for Sunday at 9:00 am to get an estimate. **** and **** arrived right on schedule as promised and surveyed my situation. I was given the estimate along with a very detailed explanation of the work they would preform. It was very informative and delivered very professionally. I accepted the estimate and was so happy when they told me they could start and complete the job today. **** and **** worked seamlessly and finished the job as promised and on time.I had read so many positive reviews for the quality of their work and professionalism but honestly they were even better than I could have imagined.Don't hesitate if you ever need their services because you won't be disappointed. I am a very particular person and they did not let me down.Thanks again **** and ****!**********

  **** came by to give a written estimate and told me everything that would be done to bring the job up to code, including a barrier post installed. Top notch installation and service. Prompt emails about permit process and setting up appointment for Inspection. It was a pleasure watching him and his son in-law **** work together, they truly have it down to a science!Highly recommend A2Z Water Heaters Thank you **** and ****.

  **** sold me on his service. He educated me on why hes so meticulous and detail oriented with what he does. Im a heavy equipment mechanic and could have easily swapped out the water heater myself. After **** explained to me what was wrong with my water heater (Many problems since it was installed in the house in ****). He then explained why he will upgrade and replace every other related component to meet or exceed code. I realized that I could easily swap out the part and save some money and do it my self, but if something went wrong, I could receive a fine from the city, or at worst, burn my house down. He installed the water heater like it was his home. Very happy that I went with A2Z

  My old water heated failed on Thanksgiving and flooded the lower portion of my home. I called A2Z Water Heaters and spoke with ****. He came out on Saturday and provided me with great information about water heaters in general, the installation process, and the new water heater. In addition, he removed the drywall on the side and back of the water heater area to allow the mitigation company to check for any additional water damage prior to installing new drywall. This was great and **** is qualified as he is also a general contractor! **** also provided some plumbing advice as I was fixing a valve in my backyard that that had to be finished prior to the water heater installation being completed. ****** handled the permit process, including scheduling and the inspector was super impressed with the installation! Bottom line is that I highly recommend hiring ****, ******, and **** for any water heater installations. They were simply fantastic!
