    I came to Station 16 for my 30th birthday dinner. I booked a reservation about a week in advance, which is pretty last minute considering how big my party was (about 17 people). We were split into two tables, and only had one server for us. I never even got a glass of water, and couldn't even ask for one because the waitress took so long to come by and check in on us. We waited over an hour for our food, some of my guest got their main dishes before we could get our appetizers. Because we had two tables, a lot of our food was mixed up. I did not get a chance to eat with my friends and family because our food came out at different times, with such a long gap between the last plate that came out. Some of my friends had to ask for their food because they waited so long. I will say, the food (at least what I ordered) was pretty good. The highlight of the night though, was my table was paying for our food, and my second table never received their meals! My reservation was made for 7:30pm, the restaurant closes at 10 on Saturday. My mom literally got her food at 10:12pm. Which by then she had lost her appetite. ***** the manager was not accommodating at all, for my second table, he literally only comped one meal, my older sisters, then took $5 off of their bill. Station 16 isn't a low priced restaurant, so $5 was an insult. We were double charged for items, and had to cancel items because they were never received. This was my first, and last time at this restaurant. I spoke to ***** personally about my experience on my special day, and his attitude was barbaric. I told him, we had already paid for an item when the waitress brought out another check at the END of the evening. I took the receipt to him personally, and he told me "Do what you will" because he was not willing to accommodate the fact my first table had already paid for our food.

    Station 16 is the most racist restaurant ever. The Asian manager refuse our service stating that large crowds dont pay and that people are always walking around the restaurant. This was our first time ever going . We got to the door and was told our party is too big and we cant be helped . We called over a month in advance . We were told over the phone its no reservation ,but your party can come which the size of our party was confirmed that day of 16 people . The host over the phone never told us that its a limit of 10 people only.I wanted to get clarification . This lady stating she was one of the managers and only telling us about her experience with other customers. I said that has nothing to do with us . I asked if we have 10 people at our table . Can you serve the rest of the party at a separate location. I was aware we cant sit together but at least they can eat . I continue to asked the manger can you serve them she stated NO because she knows theyre with us and they probably would be walking around and trying to join the party disrupting the restaurant . I said you dont know that . I asked the Manager for her name and was proceeding to walk out of the restaurant and she accuse me of making trouble because I asked for her name . I wasnt rude nor making trouble. I was trying to accommodate all of our guest that was coming to this restaurant from out of town and never experienced this place . Every excuse why she denied our service had nothing to do with policy. She was making racial remarks based on her experience with other people that look like us . Thats not acceptable and not professional. All the workers just sat in the back with there hands folded watching us. As we were trying to rearrange for a different location to have my daughter birthday dinner. This restaurant isnt a place for people who just want to spend money and enjoy a great meal . This restaurant picks and chooses who they want to be bothered with based on how you look .
