              I purchased a tuff spa TT150 and was installed in March 2020, The paperwork I received shows a three year warranty on top controls.My top control is now failing to work to turn on. I have filed several requests for service and each one has gone unanswered. Someone from the warranty company sent a link to buy parts, and tried to state that their warranty is for two years. I sent a picture of the warranty paperwork that shows three years and he stopped responding to emails. No one from Tuff Spa has reached out. I only want them to repair my spa per the warranty.

              Where do I begin! I order my spa Oct. 2021. Said it will take awhile due to Covid. Ok I understand that. But had to call corporate office and found out it had been sitting in a warehouse since Jan 2022. Did not come u til April! After countless calls. Where in arrived not all parts were there. Still waiting on a refund of parts. Its now Sept. 29th. Then about a month ago it stopped working. Opened a service order a month ago. They did respond asking for photos two weeks later. I sent and stil have not heard anything. Once again called corp left a message. They called while I was at work. I call back no answer left more messages. Still no return call! Worst customer service Ive ever had. How can a company just take your money and break a contract. Weather is changing and i have my hot tub outside. Its going to freeze the pipes!!
