    Absolutely a scam. I signed up in 2022 and quickly realized how bad it was, so I canceled. 2 years later they just starting billing my old credit card. They used an old number that I had forwarded to a new number. So they had NO authorization and stole $200. I will be pursuing this in every way possible. Then when I emailed their customer service they blocked me! The email now bounces back. I will be reviewing them in every site I can.

    We are a remote run business, and our address is our mailing address.  It is true we do not have a phone number to contact us for direct customer discussion, however we provide email and a support system from within our portal that our customers use with no issues.

    I've worked with them off and on over the years. I have an active listing currently with a lead provided and I've had a few seller appointments, that they just weren't ready. But I'm now going back through the older leads and will re activate my account. I've always had my credits back to my account, when requested (for valid reasons, of course) and it's definitely the most beneficial lead site I have ever used.

    I am a real estate agent in MN and I signed up for buyer and seller leads with Verified Real Estate Leads on line.I was sent 2 leads in 2 days and both times I was unable to reach any of the sellers listed.I requested a refund from the company, but I am unable to reach anyone because there is NO phone number or any kind of customer support. This is a SCAM! Not worth spending 2 minutes on it.They automatically charged my credit card without providing a contact phone # for the seller.DO NOT USE THIS PHONY COMPANY!I am requesting a FULL REFUND of $70 back to my credit card ASAP! As of today I blocked anymore charges from this company on my credit card.

    Unfortunately we did not get any cancellation/refund requests from you. We only got a support request from you asking why does out system use a callback feature instead of providing direct phone numbers for lead, which was responded the same day.

    As we can see, the 2 leads we sent you did not answer your initial call. We encourage our agents to make several attempts to contact a lead before requesting a credit for unresponsive lead. Once we accept a credit request, you get your next lead at no change.

    As you have cancelled your account, and therefore we cannot replace unresponsive leads, we have refunded both charges back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refunds to be processed by financial institutions.

    When I signed up for VerifiedRELeads, I got one lead and the person did not even own the property. Then I received a second lead on a different email account and got charged again, it was also bogus lead. I have been locked out of signing into VerifiedRELeads. And I cant sign and even cancel the leads. Im really ****** off!

After sending you the second lead, we received a credit request from you for the first lead and issued a credit to replace the lead, but you have cancelled your account shortly after, so the system could not fulfill the replacement. We refunded both charges back to your credit card on 7/12/23, please allow up to 5 business days to see the refund in your statement.
