1 starThey tell you lies, like they are financing your loan they take your payments.but in turn it's a two party ************ they don't tell you until you sign all the other paperwork.to me that is preparatory lending

You worked with TopMark Funding for over a year with 3 different Applications for financing. When you finally received financing, your documentation disclosed that the contract would be sold to another lender. That is not "two party finance", (not even sure what that means), nor it is "preparatory lending".Review fromAnthony P

5 starsI think that the employee named ******************************* is absolutely awesome. I was a bit disgruntled about a situation that had happened prior to speaking with her, but the time she took to just listen to the problem was very much appreciated. I actually thought the credit union was about to lose our business but ******* found a way to make it all work out. She did that by exhibiting empathy, first and foremost. That, along with her amazing amount of product knowledge really helped my husband I out very much. ******* is a Keeper, that's for sure. I hope her manager realizes what a gem she is, and a great asset to this company.TopMark Funding

1 starThey are a complete bunch of idiots. They are supposed to be the experienced ones I purchased my truck with them in September 2022 I had money saved up I went back and forth to the dmv they didnt sign the paperwork I needed also really didnt want to give me a break after all the money they cost me I didnt get my license plate for my truck until late February of 2023 now as everyone knows you have to pay insurance before you can get a license plate so I was left paying ***** dollars a month with not being able to use the truck *********************** was saying its my fault but they are the ones who is supposed to know the paperwork that is needed since they are the ones thats been in business giving loans for trucks in different states so they repo the truck and couldnt give me any breaks they caused me to go bankrupt really try to get your credit up and choose a better company go capital and top mark ******************** is one in the same and FYI go capital has closed on a chapter 7 some years back very shady and another FYI the truck cost ***** the loan with interest came to be ***** I have receipts on this if anyone wants to know here is my phone number 631*578*5097 I hope that the bbb removes them from their site.TopMark Funding

1 starFrom the SELLER perspective, they are terrible to work with. They attempt to get uncalled for documentation then put trackers on vehicles prior to even funding them. They are a fly by night joke. 0/10 would ever reccomend them.TopMark Funding

All dealers that put GPS on their vehicles do so before the vehicle leaves the lot. Once the contract has been funded, the customer wants to pick up their vehicle. They do not want to have to wait up to 72 hours for a GPS to be installed. All "sellers" know this.Review fromSteven J

1 starWe are a start up company that was seeking funding for a newly formed business to allow us to complete the purchase of some equipment which would enable us to get going.We were treated very politely by the agent in the beginning. Everything was absolutely great until it came to the point where the agent was insisting we either send on a credit card the required down payment for the financing before there was even any type of approval on the application,Once we mentioned being uncomfortable with that practice, the agent became upset and sent an email reply stating that if we are uncomfortable with that policy then we should seek financing somewhere else.This is not only very unprofessional and most likely against many State laws and regulations, it has been a very long process and a waste of our time. We would not recommend this company to anyone seeking legitimate financing for their business of any age or type.TopMark Funding

1 starI wish I read these comments before I went through with my purchase my truck. I'm having the same problem with these people. They are dragging there feet on getting me the paperwork for my base plates... Going on 3weeks now. And they changed my card for the first month payment. And I'm unable to legally put the truck to work... I would not recommend TOP ***** Stay awayTopMark Funding

Your contract was funded on March 10, 2023, but the dealer from which you purchased the truck took 3 weeks to send the Title to TopMark Funding. It was submitted to the *** on March 27, 2023 and was processed on March 29, 2023. (48 hours) Your negative review should be towards the dealership that took 3 weeks to send the Title to TopMark Funding.Review fromYul K

1 starThis place financed our truck. That part went well. But 30 days later we cant get a base plate, because they will not send a certified copy of the title. Now being a truck driver my truck is sitting its illegal to run without a base plate. We have tried on numerous occasions as well as ************ to get this matter resolved. Truck payment coming up, but I havent been able to work because Top **** are dragging their feet. Next recourse will be BBB and the Attorney General If you are a startup and dont have enough saving in your bank account to pay your insurance, truck payment, groceries or any bills, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!The agent ******** was really great but their stupid policy about titling. Now I have to worry about paying rent and buying my little kids diapers and formula Im seriously considering suing this companyTopMark Funding

TopMark Funding sent your Title paperwork to the *** on February 9, 2023, only 7 days after Funding. It took your state's *** until April 5, 2023 to process. You're review is directed towards the incorrect entity.Review fromKathryn G

1 starThese people wrote the paperwork up for a truck my husband wanted to buy, they said **** needed upfront to start process, our credit was good, we knew wed get approved, and we did, BUT then the guy calls next day and tells my husband they cant fund THAT truck but instead gives my husband names for other truck dealers. I called to get our money back, the guy says They cant do that, they gave us funding and thats what they promised us. Then I read BBB reviews. WOW!!! Checked our CC and over $5000 was Pending!!! Thank you to the people who wrote these reviews or We might not have checked. Couldnt believe it, our paperwork with the company was specific for the truck my husband was negotiating for and yet they insisted it had nothing to do with the truck. Who does that??? Takes fees and down payments in advance like that!! Nobody except companies that are involved with fraud, and scamming! They must be in cahoots with certain truck dealers. Cant believe theyre an A Plus with the BBB which they put on theyre website. Makes the BBB look like a scam. I agree with person who wrote that the BBB should be taking these reviews into consideration in theyre rating system. Yes, we will be filing a complaint and scam report.TopMark Funding

1 starTop Mark ********************** is a fraud do not ever give your credit card information to the client customer name ****** hes a total fraud. Beware of it I just lost $1500 in my credit card he charge and $3600. He charged my credit card without my permission he tell you all kind of promises on the phone and then send you a digital document to sign for fraud. Beware of this company do not do any business with this client. I wish I should road about his business in ****** or Better Business Bureau Before received any business with this client total fraud be aware of it, and do not do any business with this client.TopMark Funding
