      Our truck and trailer was towed on june 6th 2023 from hobby lobby in riverside. Upon investigating's we found that the ******** was never called by the business or the properly owner or manager. Mr ****** from riverside towing lied that the business owner called for towing. Later he demanded 3230$ cash to release and no other form of payment will be taken. The invoice provided didnt had any invoice number. They charged us separately for truck and trailer to make extra cash. The guys were very rude and aggressive and started threatening to charge 1000$ a day if thery didnt pay same day. While towing there was damage to our truck worth around 3500$.

      My brother and I are team truckers we dropped off our load this past Friday and checked into the Hampton inn in *** **********, CA. We last checked our truck at 3 pm on Friday. I go outside 6 am Saturday morning to walk my dog and check on the truck, because we have a load that picks up about 10 miles away at 8. To my surprise our truck was gone. We talk the hotel and ask if they towed it they said no and they call the tow company that usually tows cars off their lots and they said they didn’t have it. Where we parked is right in front of the hotel in this big dirt lot. Big rigs have been parking there for years with no problems, and we have parked there are self before. The big dirt lot is owned by someone else and he lives in Florida. The tow truck driver said that he was told by the owner of this property to tow our big rig. He towed it at 2 am on Saturday. I know that because it showed the truck had been driven 7 miles on our electronic log. books. Also there is not any signs that say we can’t park there. There is one sign in front of the dirt lot right next to hotel that is no parking but it is the Hampton inns Sign and that for the fire lane. The district manager knows the owner of the property and like I said before he never has anyone towed from that dirt lot. Also they didn’t ask Hampton/Hilton if they could come on there property to get to the dirt lot to tow our truck. They charged 3440 to tow 10 miles. The district manager of the hotel is in the process of reaching out to the owner of the property to ask if he did it. He’s been waiting since Saturday morning at this point to hear back from him. Idk how the owner of the property would even find this towing company online. We couldn’t find them online. That’s why it took us until Monday to find them. The driver was just saying riverside and when you google that you won’t find them and they don’t have a sign in front of their business. Also there are many similar reviews about them stealing big rigs on yelp
