    Bought a go-kart in August and by September it stopped running. The engine is shot. They told us it wasn't under warranty. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They never even assisted us when we took pictures of oil leaks and bad bolt problems. We had to hire professional mechanics to figure out the problem. When we found the problem. No Warranty to even fix this mess. Horrible horrible horrible. Never again.

    I was just about to drop $7500 on 3 new 250cc scooters when something about this company bothered me so I went to their BBB file and boy I am so glad I did. This company does business in very sketchy ways, almost criminal. Bad products, bad customer service, and horrible treatment of their customers. I thank the BBB for looking out for the consumers and I hope the company reads this because I just stopped an order from them for over$8,000(including shipping) because of customer reviews from people like me who do not like the way they conduct business. The State of California should consider investigating these people. It's a shame some good people who did not research RedFox got scammed, I am grateful I did and gave my business to a competitor got the products I ordered on time and without defects or hassles, and I spent just $650 more than I would have with Red Fox and it was money well spent.

    Started an order last November, did the lay a way plan because we wanted to get it for our children for the Christmas in 2022- Since we had to move to a area that we dont have the space for each child to have a 4 wheeler and a go kart for our niece. In total we ordered 3 4 wheelers and 1 go kart. Requested the refund from what we had paid so far. Was advised of 10% cancelation fee, which was totally fine. Waited waited and waited. Nothing. Contacted them on Monday was told someone would call back within 24 hours. Waited 24 hours and reached out again, was told that the accountant Department was closed and would need to call back next day. Attempted to contact a 3rd time, was told to hold while they looked into this, waited on hold for over 30 minutes and still no response.
