    I ordered paid up front delivery was sent in a timely fashion. One delivery arrived it had been laid down there was body damage to the left side including front and rear turn signals broken panel and had a flaw to the paint on the gas tank. Company failed to send bill of sale and title so I had to order. There was no compensation no apology for delivery issues

    If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible customer service. No manual to assemble a scooter. Horrible response to questions. A part came damaged, and I had to pay for a replacement. It has been several months, and there is still no resolve on the issue. I was told the part would come in 30-40 days. Every time I reach out to ask for an update, I am told they will look into it, and then they will close the ticket.

    I ordered a 150 cc scooter and it was freight delivered in 2 weeks. All paperwork came with it in the freight. DMV registered the next day.
    Scooter so far runs great and no issues.
    No instructions on the assembly but figured it out via youtube etc.

    The scooter arrived with fasteners missing and a badly split fender. But the worst part of the experience was this: The pdf for final assembly had blank pages and when I contacted them about it they agreed it did. I requested another copy and it also had the same problem. I requested a physical copy of the information but they said the instructions I have are the only ones. I had to inquire several times about the pdf copy and physical copy before getting a response,almost a month total.

    Miserable to deal with. Zero customer service...ZERO tech support...but they will tell you where YOU can buy the defective part...after having the tractor for 5 days...do not waste your time and money purchasing from these ppl ...they take your money and scam you in the end

    Nothing but issues from shipping to customer service to loose nuts & bolts thrown in the box to no instructions or parts list to a seat with a burned off website to poorly partially assembled cart containing loose pieces/parts. I requested to be contacted. No has contacted me. This company needs investigated for false advertisement. In no way shape or form does the go-cart go 35 mph. This is by far the worst business EVER. I wish I would’ve seen some of these other reviews before wasting the money.
