  DO NOT buy anything from this company.I bought a brand new engine from them. The box arrived looking like it went through a war zone. The brak ****** on it was ripped and the whole thing was covered in white oxidation. I had to send over 25 pictures to their customer service department and threaten to file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank before they agreed to take it back. Once it was sent back, I asked when I would get a replacement. They told me that this NATIONAL PART DISTRIBUTOR WITH 4 WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS did not have a replacement in stock. I am still awaiting a refund.BUYER BEWARE?

  do not ever ever ever buy from them they will sell you a lemon plain and simple and they will string you along until the 3 month warrenty is up and then just ignore you period they dont even deserve 1 star if you are looking for a better company to buy from go to power sports *** they will do everything they can to fix your scooter if you have a problem red fox is a *************** and the finance company they use bread pay will not help so why do they continue to finance for this company dont matter i got a free junk scooter for $50 and told bread pay to shove it i do not care if it hurts my credit if enough ppl get ripped by red fox threw bread ******** dont pay bread pay at all both are in this together to rip you off and sell lemon chinese scooter at least power sports ***************** better scooter that are not chinese stay away from this company period

  I had a great experience from Red fox powersports. Delivery was un harmed by RL carriers. Assemble went well. Make sure you drain and replace all oils. This place is great. The bad reviews are from competitors and false I promise you.

  Ive read the reviews. Unfortunately I read them after I made a purchase I receive no kind of confirmation on delivery date being juggled back-and-forth. Over the phone this company is going to let a $2000 brand new motorcycle cost them thousands Im gonna let them not deliver my bike and take as long as they want. Still make the cheap payment and document everything that way they cant even challenge me in court quit judgment. Keep up the bad work guys Im not gonna lay down. And take this you take my money and you treat all the customers bad see you in court

  My son ordered a moped from red fox power sports, he did not receive the moped nor did I receive the moped, mean time red fox power sport got paid for the merchandise by a financial company, now the finance company is trying to make me pay them for the merchandise, I didnt receive or order the merchandise and this company ( red fox power sport ) has been reported for the behavior in the past I think they are running a scam on consumers and should be reported to the ***

  Wish I could give a zero (0) but that was not an option. Just purchased a 3 wheel scooter that does not work and it is my problem. Only 21 miles on it and it never worked right. No support or warranty. They don't know what is wrong with it. Very hard to talk to anyone with a functioning brain.

  I wouldn't even give them one star if it was allowed to proceed here. I should've turned this in a couple/few years ago when I first got ripped off by this place that shouldn't be allowed to be in business anymore. And they should be made to pay back all the money they swindled out of all the customers they ripped off over the years especially including myself. I ordered a 200cc motorscooter from them about 3 years ago or so. I got the scooter delievered to me but due to my being a bit crippled in my legs & feet, I had 2 buddies help me get it out of the crate and prepare it for riding. But guess what? No title was ever found by any of us. When I tried contacting them about this I got nothing but a runaround and a request for another $50 to process it. I bet that would've been another easy $50 for them to pocket since now I'm reading where this happened to many others buying from them. I got cancer for the first time while trying to get a title from them and once my treatments started, the whole works got put on the back burner for awhile. Then I got better for awhile and tried once again to get a title. I got cancer again! But I eventually realized that no good was to ever become of trying to deal with these cheating bastards so I started the long and painful process of trying to get title through my state of Iowa's Department of Motor Vehicles. Also, this 200cc scooter never would go 50 mph or more while my old Dongfang150cc would go 55mph or more on the flat road. It was like it had a governor or it had a bad carburator or throttle. It was basically a piece of crap with no freaking title. I finally got the title after many months to maybe over a year of trying and have sold the scooter for little to nothing compared to what I paid for it. I highly advise everyone to NEVER BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE PIECE OF CRAP PLACE!!! In fact, help yourself & others by advertizing against REDFOXPOWERSPORTS. They SUCK!

  I bought a 200 cc dragon from them band new it was delivered when said
  But went to get it registered and it took weeks to get the paperwork figured out cuz they had to find information from them blah blah blah it was the biggest pain in the butt to even get it registered then once I got it registered I realized that the only thing doesn't stay running I took it in the wiring was all wrong they had a totally wired wrong which caused the front end to lock is stay locked and so I had an accident on it and I've already hurt myself this is the second time I just went and dropped it off today this is the second time I took it into the shop for the same problem the wiring was wired wrong from the factory so it's a factory issue so they're allowing products from them coming to s*** and could end up killing somebody and they're going to end up getting sued over this you need to be you know you're you're putting somebody's life in your hands when you get sell them a motorcycle at least you could do is make sure that the damn thing is running correctly the wiring is right and that they're not going to kill themselves only because you know people do trust you this they put in their kids their family and everything on those bikes you know think about that

  Hands down the worst customer service in America. Extremely rude when I called. Condescending and told me I should know better when I ordered that they don't cover service or repair. Buyer beware. You can do better.
