I am compelled to address BlueVine's severe violations of my consumer rights related to my credit report. Since establishing a credit line with BlueVine for *********************** in August 2023, we have faced continuous issues with their ACH payment processing. US Bank has wrongly flagged multiple legitimate payments as fraudulent, leading to delays that required extensive intervention with BlueVine representatives.Despite making a $15,000 payment to bring the account current two weeks ago, my attempts to reach BlueVine representatives *************************** and ********************* have been met with silence. This negligence has resulted in an unjustified 30-day late **** on my Experian credit report. My efforts to resolve this, including enduring long hold times and being shuffled between representatives, have been futile. I have not received the promised follow-up from BlueVine.This situation is a clear breach of consumer protection laws. BlueVines failure to communicate and their incorrect credit reporting demonstrate a gross disregard for professional standards. I demand the immediate removal of the 30-day late **** and any related negative information from my credit report. Additionally, I require a full investigation into this matter to correct and ensure the accuracy of my credit report.Business Response

I opened a business checking account and made a deposit. Due to the wait of having a wire transfer from bluevine to my personal to cover payroll and to make payments to vendors to assure a great relationship is kept, Bluevine choose to place my account on hold and then proceeded to inquiry as to why I withdrew ****** dollars from the *** as if there is a criminal offense to do this and I'm not authorized to do this from my own account. Since the hold was placed, I submitted all required documents and explanations requested and they choose to close my account and then advise that all funds left in the account will be held at their discretion and would not give me an explanation or time frame just kept talking in circles.Business Response

I am filing a formal complaint about an unresolved fraudulent transaction on my Bluevine account from August 12, 2024. A sum of $2,000 was transferred to a ********************* through a Same-day ACH transfer. This transfer was not authorized by me and resulted from a scam where individuals impersonated Bluevine representatives to gain access to my account.After discovering the unauthorized transaction, I promptly reported it to Bluevine and changed my login credentials. I also submitted the Attestation of Fraudulent Transactions to formally declare the transaction unauthorized.Despite this, Bluevine has not resolved the matter to my satisfaction. They claim the transaction was authorized because it was made using secure credentials. I strongly contest this, as those credentials were obtained through fraudulent means. Bluevines response leaves me feeling unprotected and unsupported as a customer.I am requesting that ****************** take immediate action to recover the stolen funds, acknowledge that this transaction was unauthorized and fraudulent, and take full responsibility for addressing this issue. I seek a refund of the $2,000, including any interest or fees that may have accrued. Additionally, I request that Bluevine improve its fraud detection and customer support processes to prevent future incidents and better protect customers.I hope this complaint prompts ****************** to take appropriate action. My husband worked $75,000 to my bluevine business. My account was hacked no money was gone! Fast forward to me ordering an express card, they put a hold on my account on 08/19/2024 now here it is 08/26/2024 and STILL NO UPDATE! I am fixing to be homeless with my kids due to this. This is our life savings and blue vine acts like they could care less no matter how many people i speak to!Business Response

BUYER BEWARE. Like many others, Bluevine just closed my account without warning. I have not received any of my money in return nor any explanation. My business is affiliate marketing for financial tools/apps and I'm scrambling now to find a replacement bank not to mention that my auto-payments are failing. This is insane that they are allowed to do this. I had recommended them to others but I will definitely be speaking differently.The low fees and sub-accounts features that I loved are not enticing enough to just get shutdown down without an explanation nor the ability to get your ******************** claim they will send my money on their website but from the posts here and on reddit, I'm worried that I will not receive my money.Business Response

/I am writing to formally express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing handling of the fraudulent activity on my account, as well as to demand immediate and comprehensive action on the unresolved issues. Credit Card Fraud Dispute (May 3, 2024)As you are aware, the fraud dispute concerning my credit card, reported on May 3, 2024 (ID: *************, remains unresolved despite the banks stated policy that such disputes should be fully resolved within 90 days. It has now been over three months, and I have received only a few piecemeal reimbursements of a tiny portion of the nearly $10,000 in fraudulent charges. This approach is wholly insufficient and unacceptable.Given that the bank has apparently not been able to contact the merchants involved in these fraudulent transactions within the 90-day investigation period, it is your obligation to fully reimburse my account. The failure to provide a final resolution within the prescribed timeframe, as outlined by consumer protection standards, necessitates that the remaining balance of the disputed transactions be credited to my account immediately.2. Unauthorized Wire Transfer (August 12, 2024):Additionally, I require written confirmation of when the wire recall was issued in relation to the unauthorized transfer of $9,500 from my account on August 12, 2024. I am unable to access the funds in my account each transfer is canceled. My debit card transaction are denied. My echeck transactiins are coming back with denied. Unable to be processed. I have contacted customer service firvthe last 2 weeks trying to get this resolved. I have been with Bluevine for a year while building my business. I had not had any issues. I received a email out of the blue on 8/1/24 that my account has been closed. I had a positive balance of over $700. I contacted Bluevine and the customer service *** was NOT helpful at all she said my account has been closed and I will receive a check within 7-10 days. I called back and spoke to a supervisor who stated the system thought I had a negative balance for 2 months and closed the account and they are trying to fix the issue. This has been a nightmare. I have to pay my office rent and other business bills which will be late. I am now missing deposits which were supposed to be deposited into this business checking account. I have not gotten any answers. I told them today just keep the account closed and issue me the money for the remaining balance. I wouldnt advise anyone at use this bank.Business Response
