I have not been out of the state of ******** nor out of the counties of ******* and ***** in 3 years. Before that didn't have the vehicle or tag they reference. But they say I was in ********. Never in my life have I been to that state. I even sold the vehicle and turned in the tag. I want them to stop trying to collect tolls on me.

I have used the ******* Tollway for the past 6 years at least 2-3 times per year. I just used it again on March 1st, but this time I had used my father-in-laws vehicle because mine was in the shop for maintenance. Long story short, because I wasn't able to get my I-pass account number and because I was using a vehicle not associated with my account, I wasn't able to pay my fines on time.. now, i have to pay $20/toll (or 4) to pay for a $7 total trip?!?! Their process is predatory, their website is ABSOLUTELY a mess (and, I build GUI's for a living).. and, they 100% bank on this to make a profit. good luck Blockbuster!! but, your day will come!

I traveled from ** to ** with a rented UHaul and Uhaul car dolly. I was told to not pay tolls or use a personal transponder as UHaul pays the tolls and will bill me directly...fast forward 2 months, anf I get a $103 dollar invoice from Illinois Tollway $31 in missed tolls and $72 charge. ***** stated they never were sent the toll bill and to email *****. The email I received back was rude and snarky insinuating that I was lying about the UHaul and that "you dont think the rules apply to you?"! UHaul screwed up and I was trying to get things rectified do that I would not be charged the $72 invoice charge...but it looks like the consumer has to take the hit even when others s**** up. The utter rudeness of the email I got is disgusting especially for people claiming that they are there to rectify disputes.
